I arrived as they were closing, but the lovely waitress still seated me and took my order. Very grateful for the amazing food and even more amazing service! Highly recommended!

Vegan friendly with menu clearly label. I enjoyed a cappuccino and one of the vegan burgers. Both were tasty! Cute local spot in Hout Bay.

Consistently good. Good service, good food, good atmos. Best coffee in a 'sit down' venue in Hout Bay. Ideal for breakfast if you are not looking for 'the full English' style.

We stayed in Hout Bay for 4 days and 2 days in a row we went to Dario’s for breakfast. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Staff is polite and kind. There is a cute little park and our kids had fun while waiting for their order. Thank you

An excellent local place to enjoy a really tasty breakfast; the juices are excellent, we had a variety of dishes between the four of us (me having the Vegan dish) and it was absolutely ace; especially the potato rosti and mushrooms. We had a wonderful waiter called Malvin was really on the ball, polite and very friendly and I would highly recommend here for a really welcoming feel and filling and tasty breakfast!

Dario’s just gives the best service! Me and my wife visited them for the first time on our honeymoon and now again a year later, the service stayd excellent and the food more so, 100% recommend their pizza, we just like adding avocado and fetta on to our pizzas, and they provided!

Woke up late and looking for breakfast? This is defintief the place to be. Breakfast served all day! Nice for a quick eat and drink or a long relaxing chat with a friend, make yourself at home. The coffee smell inside the restaurant will remind you of better, happy, Corona free days. Friendly staff, great view, freshly made food that is unique to the taste with a variety of beverages to wash it down with. Selfs sanitizing station outside with spray and a temperature meter. All around epic !

We were doing a follow our noses Sunday drive and decide to stop in Houtbay for lunch but not the normal Fish and chips stop. We drove past Dario's and decided to give it a try...first visit ever and it will not be the last. We were greeted by Sadie that pointed out the specials and recommendations. Long story short... excellent coffee, the pizza was tops, the chicken burger will become a favourite ( the cheese sauce is not recommended) and the Amatriciana took the honours. Our waitron, Malvin, was excellent and the overall experience and value for money will make this a regular Houtbay stop for us. Good bye fish and chips!

went for lunch with a friend and it was such a cute spot and vibe. you get a warm welcome from all staff and the food was great too and inexpensive. eorth a stop when in houtbay.

Dario is normally on hand to ensure your experience is good. Food is good with generous proportions.

Stopped for a quick breakfast on my day trip. Staff members are amazing, very welcoming. Breakfast and coffee arrived faster than I expected and was delicious, which pleased me. Would definitely recommend.👌

A must if you like Italian food had my best lasagne there today and will definitely visit it again the Owner and his staff are grate 10/10
