Best Food, friendly people and their hot chocolate is out of this world
This is by far the nicest eatery I have experienced on the West Coast. I love the nostalgia and ambiance of this little country town diner. The menu has all the makings of a quaint and cozy family restaurant but the host goes the extra mile with each plate having its own artistic flair. A definite place I will be revisiting in the future again. The addition of farm style bread and homemade marmalade was outstanding. Best marmalade I have tasted yet. The marmalade is available to purchase along with various other preserves in the little shop in the diner. Friendly staff makes this a winner.
We popped in for lunch yesterday and were treated to great coffee and delicious burgers. The people of Hopefield are so friendly, it’s easy to forget you’re not at a friend’s place!

Quaint spot for breakfast, really 1st class delicious, well presented, tasty breakfast options, superb service, safe, original, cute Hopefield setting.
Homemade pies, biscuits, sweets available to take home.
Sitting outside on tables in the front veranda would be nice in summer. Or having a fireplace put in to warm the venue up for the winter.
This is a remarkable hidden gem! The food was absolutely incredible, the atmosphere, the service was spectacular. I would highly recommend stopping of in the beautiful little town of Hopefield and enjoy the wonderful Hello Eatery & Decor.

Such a cool find in hopefield. Great tasting food and super amazing team inside. My family and I loved it. We cant wait to go back now that you can actually sit and enjoy it again.
What a treat to stumble upon this gem of a restaurant. Excellent service and the food was incredible- the portions, quality and the plating…way better than most “well known” restaurants we visit. Lovely decor and a warm family feel. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the many flies- perhaps a big citronella candle on each table would help. A wonderful experience nonetheless! 👏🏻
