Review Silver Wings Spur Steak Ranch - Hoedspruit

I got a burger and it was very good. Service was relatively quick, and our group had no problems. Would recommend if you want a quick and cheap sit-down restaurant in Hoedspruit.

Had great service from Pinky ,the waittress, even during loadshedding, the cheesy steak with garlic prawns is amazing and cooked to what i ordered. Keep up the good work. (Not very good at pics of food but it was great)

The Manager, Calvin, called me back and apologised and was very kind and understanding. He sent us a gift card to apologise, which was very thoughtful of him It is encouraging to know that our 🌈 rainbow country 🌍 cares about their clients and giving good service. 👇 This WAS my previous review: We came from FAR today. Ordered only Buffalo wings with chips and onion rings, and veggies on the side for take away. It took more than 40 minutes. And when we finally arrived at our destination, tired and hungry, we found that the veggies weren't included AND there was NO cutlery, nor any condiments like salt. Sad state of affairs if SPUR has degraded to this level.

The breakfast is great. The bacon is out of this world. They do however not know how to make an espresso

Service was great! Food was good. And I loved that they and a variety of music for everyone.

We loved the warm welcome,I was just late buy a minute to get breakfast,the 1st waiter who attended to us said it's ok I can order for breakfast,the other person who came to take my order I was ready to order said they shouldn't have given me the breakfast menu as it was 11h00 already. .We wanted to sit outside but the only table outside was not cleaned up yet although it looked empty for a while,She said she was gonna clean up while sitting on that table.I ended up getting lunch. .The Food was great,beyong Great!!!!

Overall great place only complaint is there was not enough shade outside from the sun and inside was full of smoke due to loadshedding I presume the extractor fans didn't work.

Thank you to spur who resolved the matter and made us the order again! Was very kindly assisted to correct the mistake made. Good day, ordered the combo burger special on the 4th of July 2021. VERY disappointed!! We suported the call and collect during the COVID pandemic to help out local businesses Much to our disadvantage we received these burgers and almost no chips and onion rings to go with it. The bins were old and the patties was nothing like Spur patties! We phoned to speak to a manager but was asked what they should do about the problem no solution given!!! Very very disapointed with HOEDSPRUIT SPUR call and collect ! Feel ripped off to say the least!

Great service and price for great breakfast! Pity aircon still not working after a year🤔😥 We went to get out of heat and eat or drink something. Weather hits 38 degrees.. So sad

I give it 5 stars for service and friendliness, but 5 of the 6 members of our group was very sick the next day. The only one that was not sick was me, because I was the only one that did not have any ice-cream. Please investigate, because I suspect that your ice-cream machine or utensils are not as clean as they should be

A good place to work from as quite a few tables have plug point access. Lots of seating, friendly and helpful staff. Good range of food from Tex Mex to burgers to brekkie.

It's a good place but the food is unlike the place...actually their food doesn't have taste the meat was burned and tasting smoke

Me and my kids we went out yesterday as it was a family day to spend time there. I enjoyed the food but as my younger one it was not ayoba as the pizza base was so dry n my kid didn't enjoy it as even said "mama the pizzza is rotten" I laughed as I know if he doesn't like things he normally says it's rotten but all in all he didn't enjoy his pizza.

The waiter took so long to notice us and our food took so long to be delivered. last my food was not compleat the onion rings were not included , I only recied chips and burger when I opened my food coz I asked for take away they took an advantage. Bad service

Glad nie goeie diens gister gekry nie. N Halfuur buite gewag vir diens en toe maar self die waiter gaan roep. Tee koppie was vuil. Baie teleurgesteld. Gelukkig is daar ander eetplekke ook in Hoedspruit. Spur in Pretoria het my BAIE beter diens gegee.

Me and my wife amd child went for a nice evening at spur and after sitting for 1 hour and 30 minutes stil no service so thanx for being useless and incopentant to handle paying customers correctly the waiter will rather tend to his own culture first after seeing us and just turning away... honestly i am disgusted working in hospitality my self i find it alarming to see how the service has gone down.. rather put up a sign that says you dont want business and close your doors

We went to the Spur this evening and we had wonderful service from our waiter Siswe and Kerry. We always feel welcome. The food was fantastic!!!! Thanks for an excellent meal.

I see myself as a very understanding person but getting my order wrong twice in one sitting. Having to get my own cutlary from the station and then having to repeat myself not once or twice but three times About whether I want 1 or 2 glasses of coke. Just ticked me of then I get crumbed mushrooms that looks like it wasnt cooked properly onion rings and calamari that was overcooked to the point where the batter was like concrete both in taste and consistancy and the calamari tasted like rubber. Really disappointed because I know the level of service this Spur is capable of

I love spur food and their waiters are friendly ,,,I had fish, calamaris and fries.it tastes delicious �.Ill definately go back there soon!!

I loved it there, yesterday it was my birthday and they sang for me. They even gave me free ice cream. The waiters that serve me are always good every time I go there and yes I'm always served by men��
