Lovely,cozy environment, great for couples and familes, there's even a great play area for kids. Simphiwe our waiter gave us really good service and made our visit really pleasant. 10/10 will recommend you give this ocean basket a try. The quality of the food was exceptional 👌
We celebrated our daughter's 18 birthday dinner at Hillcrest ocean basket. The manager Carlos was very helpful when I messaged before hand and the staff are very friendly. Our waitress Amanda as a trainee was really good. Thank you for a lovely dinner.

Our guest from Canada wanted seafood and as we don't have a restaurant offering this in Kloof, we decided to try Ocean Basket. Boy were we delighted. The food was delicious, the service was great and the vibe was pleasant. Will definitely come again.

The staff is so welcoming as soon as you walk in they are there to serve you. Precious was our waiter on this day she was very helpful with everything and the food was on point. I recommend this restaurant thank you
We missed Ocean Basket due to us living overseas so while we are here on holiday, we made an effort to come for dinner. We had the family meal deal with a salmon sushi entree and it was absolutely delicious! We left very happy. Our waitress (Sduduzo) was so lovely and checked on us during the night

We had a lovely lunch at Ocean Basket Hillcrest. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, special nod to Simphiwe our waiter and Carlos the owner. Our meals were well prepared and very tasty.
