I've never had a bad experience here! Excellent selection of drinks to get any night going well.. and the food! Great quality and speedy service from friendly and entertaining staff. A great way to watch the rugby on their large screen on a weekend. Get in for the all you can eat RIBS you're around on a Thursday!

What I ordered was terrible lol. Burger and chips. The burger patty is substandard and the buns were stale. The chips were good lol. I was in a good mood so I did not complain. Everything else was nice about the place. I would still go back but I would order anything else but the burgers to eat. The local area seems very nice and peaceful. I will review again if I go back.

Good old fashioned Keg hospitality at its best. Good parking in an otherwise horrific center known for its chronic parking. Food and service is good with attentive waiters. Owners in attendance which is always a good sign. Saw several locals settling in for afternoon of serious beer sampling, another even better sign.

HAPPY CUSTOMER'S... We thoroughly enjoyed our very first, but not last visit to the Keg and Trout... Firstly, we gave them a call to reserve a table, upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. A awfully friendly waiter named Paul showed us to the table we had reserved earlier on in the day... when we asked if we could rather sit at a booth table of our choice, he happily accommodated us with a smile and no questions asked. It just so happened that Paul would continue to be our waiter for the remainder of the evening because we had moved ourselves into his section... he was friendly, humerous and so accommodating. The atmosphere was so chilled and relaxed, really enjoyable. The manager came over a few times to make sure that all was okay and to ask if we were enjoying our meal... As far as the bottomless ribs they were absolutely devine... juicy and so tasty from the beginning to the end... I'd go as far as saying the best we've had in a very long time. We are locals and all I can say is we will be back soon for the next tongue tantalizing tastes that the Keg and Trout have to offer... Thanks guys, see you soon!!!

Food was delicious! Cocktails were yummy and on special!!! A bit pricy but you pay for what you get, great vibe, mixture of young and old people. Definitely worth a stop for a beer and a burger!

The best pub and grill in Durban, we had a car meet and our end point was keg and trout, to tell you the owner welcomed us all in like we were his family would not be exaggerating. What a homely and hospitable place and furthermore the food is amazing, it's as if every last ounce of quality is put into making their meals I appreciate this place completely and I will always reccomend it.

The service was outstanding, we got there late and kitchen was just about to close... they still managed to get 6 full meals done for us and it was delicious. Thank you so much for this. Really needed it and exceeded expectations.

I have been to this place about three times. I have never been dissapointed with the food I got. The menu has a big variaty of really good pub meals and the steak is brilliant. The waiters could be a little friendlier but they do do there jobs pretty well. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Great pub style grub as always and attentive service from both wait staff and owners. Enjoyed the basket balls as well as the Mac n cheese. Good prices on the wines.

The keg is always a nice way to spend the odd evening. The staff where friendly and the food was good. We also had the Monday madness special which is a great deal!

Fair atmosphere and a large selection of food. Friendly staff, and bill was accurate even though we had about a 3 way split.

Nice place to go for a drink in upper highway area especially as everywhere else closes fairly early. Good food to.
