Pizzas are absolutely amazing, however when we were there, they were very short staffed for the amount of clients, which was extremely disappointing. We wanted to order more, but could not. We did not even get the drinks we ordered and the waitress could care less. The pizzas were good enough to visit again and hopefully their staff will be more and better equipped to treat clients next time.

We had the most delicious lunch at VB's this past Sunday in very casual and relaxed surroundings. Our pizzas were excellent ...and I usually don't eat pizza .... thin base, oozing with flavour and generous toppings. We also shared a well presented mozzarella salad which was superb .... best mozzarella we've ever had and in fact we bought two "balls" to bring home with us to Cape Town, at a mere R45 a large ball, great value. ... wish we'd bought much, much more. I had two glasses of very delicious VB house wine. Not sure what the variety of grape was but it went down exceptionally well on a very hot day! Our two Italian greyhounds were welcomed and .... they too approved of the pizza offerings which were passed to them under the table ! In spite of load shedding everything ran smoothly and the staff were very pleasant and efficient. We'll definitely be back.

We had the loveliest afternoon at Vb's, hosted by Audrey. A quick Gin turned into a 5 hour visit including meal and dessert. Chatting to fellow patrons, wonderful food, great service, no wonder we only left by closing.

Free delivery in sandbaai, once had a pizza with fermented pineapple and they came delivered a new pizza 20 minutes later free of charge event hough we refused it. Dogs were in heaven too much food lol

Relaxing great good, very excellent pizza and all food prepared for your order but a bit slow on service. Average very relaxing easy atmosphere we enjoy to the max.

VB’s occupies a special space as being one of the few restaurants in Sandbaai. Great youthful energy. Liaan Geldenhuys has created a very cool music scene. 👍🏻
