We had the privilege to learn to cook like chefs at Wicked Food Earth. We opted for Vietnamese cooking class to challenge ourselves and to treat our palates. Mike and Cilla are so welcoming! It really is a must do... also loved the produce we bought. Best bacon EVER!
If you're in Joburg, this is a must do. All it took was a 45 minute drive for me to feel like a world class chef.
Mike the chef/instructor/host helped us prepare lunch and dinner, sourcing many ingredients from the farm.
