Great service, friendly staff and we received our meal so quickly

Depending on who is on duty, some staff make the burgers very dry with almost no sauce but others make it very delicious. I just wish the jalapeno cheese balls could come back... It was the absolute best!

Thank you so much for supporting Noordwyk Secondary School. We gave yall a challenge to cater for 280 of our learners and yall rose to the occasion and managed it in record time, thank you again. The Staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient and their managers are awesome.

I bought in store late around 7pm and the service I received was quite food, staff was friendly and helpful. Food was very fresh and portion size specifically for the fries was good. When we left they even opened the door for us👍

This is definitely the best MacDonald's in South Africa. It completely feels that you in a US or im Europe. The service, quality and staff is always at the best.

I don't think this MacDonalds can get worse. The McCafe has been 'out of order' for months, you cannot find a proper coffee here. The breakfasts sold here taste like rubber and put me off McDonalds breakfast forever.. I just went there now and they are offline, they don't direct you to the nearest ATM, no, they slam the window shut in your face. So I went to KFC.. Also the last time I bought a breakfast meal they never included a hashbrown, so I had to drive all the way back. This place is a joke and should be closed down.

Zanele Mvelase, the franchisee speaks to her employees like they are little kids. She shows no sense of respect when addressing her employees in front of customers. That experience made me hate everything about this McDonalds. A great beautiful black lady franchisee but cannot address her staff members properly. They did not seem incompetent it was just a busy day but she insisted on telling them where to get off, what to do, why are they not moving. Basically a nagging rude franchisee.

The service was fast, however it seems that something is always not working, ice cream machine, air cons... weired way of doing business. Complaining does not help.. nothing is done.
