It was a wonderful experience. Firstly the place has great scenery with a good view of the dam regardless of where you are seated. In the evenings, the lights provide a good ambience and atmosphere. The sushi was really fresh and delicious as well as the assorted chow faan. They were not shy to give extra meat. The only problem is that the surrounding restaurants played their music as well which interfered. There were 3 different songs playing at the same time. Either than that, it was amazing, the pricing is really affordable

Love all the food served..... love the staff and experiences I have had at Nui Nui. The sushi 🍣 is of the best I have had in my life. The staff are always ready to teach you of the difference, how it works to make the sushi and introducing you to new dishes you would normally not order. Will go back everything!!! (Ps. A must try sweet and sour pork)

Really enjoyed the experience and the food. Had a very homely feeling. The owner was so sweet and friendly, had a great conversation with her. Our waitress was friendly and we hardly waited for our food. The all you can eat sushi is extremely filling and the sweet and sour pork with noodles was delicious too.

I had a special request for my sweet and sour chicken and they delivered! I ordered the couple's Sweet and sour chicken and chop suey combo and both were delicious. They personally left me a bday message as well. (Ordered through Mr D and the food arrived fast and hot !!)

Amazing sushi, we had the all you could eat sushi which has a wide range of choices, the waiters were very nice and quick. Just know if you plan to order to get the all you can eat sushi do it on a empty stomach, because every piece of sushi you don't finish you will be charged for and you can't get the all you can eat sushi for take away.

Great Sushi at great prices! 🍣👌🏼 I would not recommend the dessert. The dessert, deep fried ice cream, is over priced and disappointing. I've had much better before at other places.

The locale is lovely, the restaurant seating caters for both relaxed and a bit more upscale. There is a deck which overlooks the snakepark and dam. Prices are incredibly reasonable and there is a decent selection of wine and spirits available. Restroom is sufficient and clean.

Warm, friendly staff. My daughter and I go there atleast once a month for our mother daughter night out .

Located right next to the zoo it is quite interesting to sit and listen to all the animal sounds. Awesome fireplace and cosy booths. We all taste with our eyes. And wow the sushi was presented so beautifully! Flowers and caviar. Very friendly staff. All round a fantastic visit and super satisfied customer!!!

Very nice layout with good atmosphere. Has an excellent menu variety and the prices are very very affordable. Restaurant has a nice bar with good drinks selection. The only draw back is the lack of parking. Normally plenty of parking accross at the Snake and Animal park

Wonderful Sushi buffet! Love their food. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars, is the cleanliness of the restaurant could definitely be better, and the service needs improvement.

All round value for money large portions and best sushi. Service and staff exceptional.. Thank you again.

We ordered all this food and it arrived within 45 minutes on the other side of the dam. The lady had a face mask and hand santiser, very professional. All of the below cost just over R500 including delivery. Thank you for the delicious food and dumplings were delicious!

Ok sushi but the Chinese menu is a huge disappointment. The beef chop suey and cashew nut chicken had no flavour even though I pointed this out to the owner I didn't even get any feedback. To make matters worse when we received the bill we noticed that it's all charged to dept 1 and we had been charged for crispy duck despite having crispy chicken. Is this done on purpose so that they can charge unsuspecting clients more. Who knows but we won't ever be back!<br/>

This place is amazing! The sushi is to die for and the staff are always smiling! Everyone should try it out! Good view of the dam too! It's also very reasonably priced

This restaurant is a hidden jewel. Located on an edge of a hill overlooking Hartbeespoort dam, we just had to try it. the first surprise was the friendly staff, then the classy decor, then the cheap prices. We decided to give it a try. I had sweet and sour chicken with rice, hubby had sweet and sour prawns and kids had chow main. we tried sushi too...o my gosh...it was yummy! I highly recommend this restaurant when you visit Harties.

Today happened to be my 21st birthday and things were honestly not going as planned. Being quite down in the dumps, my boyfriend and parents decided to cheer me up with some good old Chinese food. <br/><br/>My boyfriend and I both had chow mein (I had vegetable and he had beef). The flavoring was perfect- tasty yet not salty. My parents opted for sweet and sour shrimp and sweet and sour chicken. Both were served with a generous portion of rice. <br/><br/>The sushi here is really cheap yet beyond fantastic! We had some smoked salmon California rolls and some vegetable ones. Needless to say, all the food is incredible here!<br/><br/>I would highly recommend trying their sushi if you're a sushi lover. And if you want some good old simple Chinese food, they have an abundance of lovely dishes too!<br/>
