Had the Seabass today. Was one of the best fish dishes I've ever had. The owner made us feel at home. His passion for the dishes he presents is totally worth the try. Will recommend to family and friends!
This is not my first time at this restaurant and it's still the same awsome place. You feel at home and relaxed. The owners who is also a professional chef is friendly and explains the menu to new customers and then chat a little just to make you feel at home. The have some nice beer on tap.

This place delivers, the food is great, the place is beautiful if you like nature and humble settings, our waiter was clueless and didn't bring us anything we asked for but Mike makes up for all his staff shortcomings, he is a brilliant host and always welcoming with a smile on his face.

This place is so beautiful and locate between mountains and very close to the Haartbeestpoort Dam. The food is delicious and the staff is superb. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are also clean and it is self catering but there is a superb restaurant as well.
The pizza was out of this world! The beers were ice cold. The hike was interesting. Seriously a great little find! We'll definitely be back.
We stopped here after a hike at Hennops and it was exactly what we needed! We were met by the owner who was very graceful about how dusty and sweaty we were! We sat outside although there is ample indoor dining. The waiters were young, but so friendly, helpful and attentive - well done ladies! T
Awesome pet friendly place. We only stopped over for a drink on the way home. The staff were excellent. Great service. Nice outside area, very relaxed vibe. They even have a hiking trial. Best Eisbein in the North West...Crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Cheese Fondue was also a winner. The owner Mike and his wife are really passionate about their business. Service was excellent!!
Great dinner was had with massive portions.The Pork Belly and mash as well as the chicken schnitzel was very well prepared and very tasty...the Cold German beer just made the meal even better.Will Def be back...Mike is also a great Host..

Lovely dining experience. Amazing hosts Mike and Lizzie together with their friendly staff accommodated us at the last minute on Christmas day. Delicious food and authentic ambience. A true hidden gem!
Lovely place to stop by, ribs are fall off the bone, German sausages are hand made with care. Goes down well with an Erdinger. Just an all round lekker place.

Cosy setting next to the mountains on your way to Harties. German cuisine prepared to perfection. Owner so friendly, making his rounds to al the guests. Staff friendly and attentive. A must visit. 🤤 🤤
Peaceful and the best part is the owner actually visits your table and engages you in conversation. Theres also an interesting 800m hike up to the lookout tower where you experience the most amazing views.
