I ordered uber eats and it took a while to update - so I called expecting to be shut down and given excuses. Then I get this absolute gentleman, Kanyiso (hope I’m spelling it correctly) who checked on the driver and CALLED ME BACK. As a South African - we know people like Kanyiso are rare and I just had to review this man with 5 stars. The effort is seen and appreciated brotha. Have yourself a great evening!

One of my BEST KFC experiences. Even though this branch was busy and lots of clients about, both ordering and those sitting to enjoy their scrumptious meals, the service was off the hook. No longggg and drawn out waiting for your order. Has enough seating space for lots of clients. I highly do recommend this KFC in Greenpoint. Thank you Greenpoint KFC, will definitely visit you again and again.

My 1st time inside this establishment and what an experience. Impeccable. Some other KFC's around the city I live in can definitely learn a thing or two or three from you guys. Apart from my zinger wrap which wasn't zingy enough for my liking, I really enjoyed my food and would definitely go back there if ever I'm in town again.

All branches advertise that if you order online it's quicker and faster. However, that was not the case. Uber Eats took up most of the space in store and we waited a while for the food. The food was nice and warm when we received it, so no complaints there. The aircon was raised a bit high and it wasn't all that warm. It was after 9 so there was a chill in the air.

Operating hours are not adhere to upon arrival the sign said 00:10 reopening due to stock take, end up being false as the staff only arrived at 00:15 then still had to change and another 20 min passed and now they cleaning. It’s now 00:37 and we are now 15 patrons waiting outside the other 7 left. Staff is late for work this should be addressed as you are losing a lot of clients it’s now 00:40 and it’s still closed.

Burgers are absolutely tiny, and chips soggy. The attached image shows the burger next to a spar card for size comparison. Fried chicken pieces have no crunch from frying, also a little soggy. Not that it has a great reputation, but I guess it lived up to the one it has.

I purchased 4 zinger wings and a coleslaw today as opposed to most days where I order 4 dunker, 4 zinger wings and a regular coleslaw. Chicken wings compared to the red teaspoon as you can see is Ridiculously small and hard. When I confronted the senior/ shop manager says to me its what they get from the supplier . I purchase wings twice a week and i always get fresh juicy wings way bigger than the tidbits i received today. R21.90 for 4 small MINIATURE WINGS is a rip off. Take pride in the food you serve and assess the goods you receive from the supplier. ITS THE MANAGERS DUTY TO ASSESS THE PRODUCT BEFORE IT IS SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. I thank kfc in Adderley street for having been so helpful to us when we were out on a school excursion on Friday the 27th of May 2016. We ordered for our learners who were more than a hundred but when found out that there were less street wise 3 on our package when we were dishing them out at Waterfront we contacted them. They were so helpful and were able to rectify the mistake made by their packer. I must really appreciate the guy (Thulani on the name tag) who told us that he had to come back from home to rectify that as he was already off duty. Keep up the good works guys.
