Best coffee shop in CT. Try the turmeric latte 😀. Plus great shopping next door at Out of This World.

I love being in the city but when it starts feeling too busy and frenetic , I can retreat to the Strangers Club. Beautiful space, welcoming and friendly owners and staff. I can quietly enjoy a turmeric latte , a delicious snack and at the same time feed my soul. Love it 😍

Yaaaay I finally made it to the strangers club! I follow the cafe on Instagram, so I see their food everyday and I’ve been meaning to go for months!
I went for a Saturday breakfast and chose the nutty smoothie bowl with a beetroot latte! Both were absolutely delicious, I really enjoyed my meal!
Not gonna lie the service was a joke, the waitress kept saying she would take our order but never came, so just order at the counter rather.
Can’t wait to come back to try more!

I loved this place so much. Great food, such friendly waiters and such a wonderful and laid-back atmosphere. If I lived closer I would come here all the time as they also have great spaces to get some work done. Also, a great playlist. We practically Shazamed every second song. The green juice (hakuna matata) is SO delicious and my smoothie bowl (berry & buchu) was very refreshing. Very impressed!

An absolute must-visit for breakfast in Cape Town! The breakfast options are fantastic, and the food itself was absolutely delightful. We also had the pleasure of trying their coffee, which was quite good, and their freshly squeezed orange juice was a refreshing treat. Highly recommended spot for a satisfying start to the day!

One of the best cafes in Cape Town! We absolutely love the team here - they provide amazing service. The food is delicious (I recommend the oats and the Asian salad) and the coffee, they also have lovely clothes and jewellery for sale!! I would come here every day if I lived in Cape Town.

The restaurant is in a nice vintage place. It’s vibe is really nice. It has several boutiques selling clothes, accessories, souvenirs and antiques. The food and service was very good. Definite recommendation to visit and I would surly revisit the next time I’m in Cape Town. We had the following:

What a lovely place for coffee, food, and shopping! There are a lot of sitting both inside and outside with relaxing vibe. I stopped by before heading to the airport for my dreaded 16-hour flight, and was nourished by their delicious lunch (the portion was generous and I ordered way too much..), drink, and friendly staff. I was also able to browse and got some last minute shopping from local vendors there. If I lived in Cape Town, I could see myself visiting here often. Highly recommend for both travelers and local!

First time trying Strangers as getting in on the weekend, without a booking, is a near impossibility. I must say the best thing about the place is just that - the place itself. Super cosy and welcoming, very nice crowd there too! We were slightly taken aback, however, on arrival, to our BOOKED table, we were told, even before we sat down, that we would need to be out 90 mins after we arrived (9-10:30). It’s not that this was a problem, but not a nice feeling being told before you even sit that you need to start planning your departure! Staff were super friendly and helpful and got a special request order spot on. Food is nothing to write home about at all. Presentation is very basic and not much effort has gone in it seems. Food is also tasty, but not remarkable. As far as breakfast spots go, I would recommend this if you are looking for a nice setting, rather than delicious food. Pricing is also really good. Overall would give 3.5/5 but round it up to a 4 because no reason to mark it down to a 3 I suppose

This was one of my favorite cafés, restaurants and shops in Cape Town. Amazing selection of products in the shop and great food. And very affordable! Lovely staff. I would give this 10 stars if I could. The vibe is super international, and it is amazing to be able to sit indoor and outdoor. Definitely more of a breakfast / brunch / lunch place. I don’t think they even open in the evenings. But if you’re in Cape Town, you must check this out. You will want to have one of these places in your city after. The shop has a nice selection of local artist and locally made gifts. So I don’t miss that.

The Strangers Club a Brunch and Shop place. Very friendly service a good variety of Brunch offers. It’s very stylish, easy going and a laid back atmosphere. We liked it here and would come back to this place.
