Local fish cuisine has been defined by the Infamous Mr. Royca who invented a much loved seasoning in most households aka Mr. Royca's spice. The batter that engulfs the deep fried fish will get your cholesterol levels sky-rocketing, but trust me when I say, just 1 bite & you hooked. The slap chips is textbook texture how it should be from a food joint & th3 calamari strips are crisp and delightful to chew into from the outside but meaty & full of volume on the inside.
I went into the store to buy fish and chips for somebody else, the staff were excellent, the food was hot and tasty however the whole event was let down by the Manager/Owner when he revealed to me that he was a Liverpool fan!!!!!
