Review Revelations Coffee Shop - Grahamstown

Thank you so much, Revelations management and staff for outstanding quality service. We had a big table of 23 adults and 5 kids and everyone loved their meal. The staff is friendly and made us feel welcome. Our food was fresh, scrumptious, and beautifully presented. The menu is extensive so there was something for everyone. Amazing ambiance and the price is fair for the food portions. I highly recommend this restaurant. Definitely coming back soon.

Oow the food was amazing.. Their Presentation was on point 👌.. At a very affordable rate i was even shocked. However there were too many bugs, just popping themselves in our drinks whenever they feel like, worst enough we were sitting inside☹️. Hence I'm taking the last star.. I couldn't even finish my milkshake because of that.

Very popular in town. The young Owner/Manager is excellent. The food is tasty and well-priced. The servers are wonderful. An all-around good experience.

Update: incredible improvement in both service and quality! Very impressed! _________________________________ Since the change of ownership a couple of months ago the service has become incredibly slow and lackluster. There seems to be a carelessness in preparation of meals that wasn't there befor. I do love this coffee shop, and I am hopeful that once they have adapted to the change of ownership the service will once again meet the superb standard I have become accustomed to from this comfortable coffee shop. This is not the first time I have experienced this lackluster and slow service in the last couple of months, and I can hear other customers around me commenting among themselves too. Please ensure that the service improves, or I am concerned that this highly rated coffee shop will lose ratings and the customers who love it.

So pleased with my experience here. The food was stunning, didn't take very long to be ready and so worth the price. I especially enjoyed the strawberry lemonade smoothie, bacon and banana waffle, pesto chicken quesadilla and sweet potato fries although everything we ordered was incredible. I highly recommend visiting and I will most certainly be back again and again.

Once again the service was excellent. Popped in for a quick milkshake (still the best ever) and coffee (equally as good) Would advise anyone who has a bit of spare time to pay Revelations a visit for excellent service, best quality food and refreshments and a calm, friendly atmosphere.

Great food and amazing service. I ordered some burgers and there was something wrong with my food (genuine mistake). I pointed it out to them and they fixed it without giving me any hard time. I really appreciated the top tier service and kindness. 🌸 Their chips are to die for. I need to know what they do to them...

We at the G-Bizz went to Revelations Coffee Shop for adult milkshakes🥤🥤, we had the Chocolate Velvet & the Strawberry Lips🍓🍓 , We highly recomend the milkshakes and we recieved great service👍

The food was amazing, my portion was a little on the small side but my wife and mother had amazing meals. Definitely recommend it especially for the price and location

Tucked away in quiet and peaceful corner of Peppergrove Mall. Friendly staff but service can be a bit slow when busy. Good for breakfast but they have an extensive menu that looks good for lunch too.

I love the fact that they are going green. The staff is super friendly and kind. The chips...HEAVEN!! The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because I wish that my burger had sauce on it. That would've made it perfect, but I still enjoyed my meal. I'm definitely going back.

Today I had the rustic platter. It was probably the best platter I've had in Grahamstown and all for R65! Truly amazing!

It's relaxed with both indoor and outdoor seating. The music is nice background and not invasive. The setting is lovely under the pepper trees or in the nook (my favourite) or inside if you want more of a coffee shop vibe. The half salads are tops and really good value for money. It's a favourite spot to meet a few people for an off site or a bit of downtime. Once you get to know the staff they are really quite friendly even if sometimes appearing a bit distracted - which is possibly due to being busy. Prices are good. Has free wifi. Not bombarded by noisy distracting TV monitors. Very accessible.

I love Revelations!! Especially their vanilla cuppacinos!! I order the swimming pool size... the staff is amazing - it feels like family!! Thank you so much for a warm friendly place to go to... especially when you are lonely...

So refreshing to find a place in a small town that offers a fair amount of vegan options! I had the veggie sandwich, only wish they put on more than a slither of avo! Otherwise, lovely �
