It was lovely. Kids ate for free because its Sunday. The place was clean. The waiter was good. The food took a while but it was worth it. The kids pizzas came first and that was good in order to keep them busy.

The queue to be inside was long and the wait time to be served was almost 45 minutes. Maybe since it was a busy Saturday. We requested drinks which also took long. However, the pizza 🍕 was great.

Overall we really enjoy this Panarottis. Online however the hours don’t match the sign up at the restaurant. We were there on a Sunday, and they told us they close at 18:00, not 20:00, which the sign reflects. But the Panarottis app still allows you to order. We’ve been told the app will be discontinued, so just avoid using that.

Great food but you wait some time to receive it. There is definitely an improvement from the last few visits though.

Sit down pizzas have a tendency to be made nicer than the take away pizzas. Maybe work on making your take aways the same as your sit downs/eat in pizzas.

Excellent service from Vuvu the server. She was kind and attentive. We were a party of 11 and were seated and served promptly. The Manager, a kind gentleman, was attentive and made a few rounds to find out if everything was OK.

When we popped in on Monday late afternoon to order takeaway, it was quiet and peaceful. The teller was lovely, friendly and super helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. The pizzas were prepared quickly, and we were definitely given service with a smile. The pizzas were tasty and well presented! Thank you.
