love this branch - it's clean, and friendly, and the food is spot-on every time. i've seen staff keep their cool with the most ridiculous clients, rude so-and-so's that i would have clobbered about the ears, or told to leave because they're mean. staff just keep that smile on their dial and connect with the next customer. Thank you for keeping the flame burning bright.

Wacky Wednesday is always our option, but we may get it twice a year at most. This branch is busy and small but still runs very efficiently. The place is clean. Staff is well trained, and customers are flocking in, and everyone seems happy.

Great burgers , I love their steakhouse flavour. Meals are good all round. Best for takeaways here.

On Tuesday evening we placed an phone order about 19h45 aand collected just after 20h15...arriving home the order was missing g some items...could not solve the problem that night due to loadsheding and no cellphone signals...the next afternoon Tertius...one of the managers addressed my complaint out and replaced the entire order for Free...thank you very much for your great service...all handled very well...thank you

Wow thank you for fresh and hot and very nice burgers and chips. I think by far you are the best and juat to give you a thumbs up job very nicely done. The staff was super friendly my table was clean and the whole take away was super clean. I have a thing for allways looking to see if i can see aomething out of place but no everthing was perfect. You need to start using wi codes or get it to work on this systen this steers is two blocks from my house and will make life so much easier.

They are the only steers that give a correct amount of spice packets for your chips without having to beg for any extra. The chips were cooked perfectly. The resturant was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Hands down best steers in the basin.

Burgers are great and beef juicy. But the chips are horrendous and taste like nothing. Just water. So only 4 stars for me. Not bad but the chips are worth removing a star.

The lady had a cold literally about two weeks ago. She blew her nose wiped her hands of her jeans. Proceeded to pack the food in the bag. How gross 🤢🤢 can you possibly be? Yuck 🤮 I'm literally done with steers. I was so disgusted I couldn't believe it.
