FOOD was perfectly made, my only worry was service, first my order was missing chips, i bought take away then changed my mind,so i had to dine inn after order. MY child had to go back for missing chips.Remember we take kids to Macdonalds for kid's meals but when the toys get missing it changes everything, when i got home there was no toys for my child, i was disappointed. I spent R246,70 at 17:24hrs, Sat 14 Oct 2023

The kitchen got my very simple drive through order wrong, fortunately i was hungry and took the burger out of the packet within a city block from them, i turned around, went back to drive through, handed my food and slip through the window, and they replaced my order. Wasted my time, but it was a relatively painless experience. The lady that takes the orders was instrumental in sorting the kitchen out thank you!👍

Very polite and kind service

The staff is helpful and friendly. On the outside, though, there are locals begging and that does not allow one to enjoy your meal.

I was at Goodwood mcDonalds today but I felt very bad to the way bad the shop workers tresy delivery guy.It was quite ,no customer was inside and very few cars on drive throigh,but this uber driver was gof long time waiting to be helped but no attended to him until he asked very nicely if any one was gona help him.but yhese workers instead of answering him they teamed up and be very rude to him until this guy cancelled the order,its bad yo people who represent customers being treated like this in your shops,these guys goes to the shops on behalf of the customer of the shop so when they get this treatment,its not them getting it,its thd customer who gets punished buy waiying for very long time for their food ,I will attach s photo that shows how quite it was in the shop

Not too busy, patrons help on the self service machine if you need it. Place is clean

Love the location and the service is very good

The drive thru back in the early days of Mc D. was a quick one.. today , in my experience, it takes ages and would rather enter the building than go the drive thru route.

Affordable prices for your pocket ,fresh produce always .
