Very nice Wimpy and food was great, it was just a bit busy so we waited quite a while for our food. Otherwise no problem at all...😁😁

Wimpy, ever consistent. Great breakfast destination in South Africa for forty years or so. Great franchise. Wish they were international.

Was here foe Lunch and ordered the double creamy cheeseburger and wow, first time my life at a restaurant that the food served looks better and are more than the picture on the advert!! Well done

What a little gem. Met Dimitri the owner and his lovely wife. They made me feel right at home. Put a smile on my face so I could feel better about this horrible week in Bedfordview with no power. Back now in Nov 2022. Nothing changed. Great atmosphere and welcoming ambience.

Always good to catch a quick burger. But... Wimpy Eastgate needs some work. The seating areas are dull and not inviting. The interior is depressing and one gets the feeling that the shop has not been completed. On busy days... The staff battle to cope and the wait can be frustrating as well as the food that arrives is left wanting. The atmosphere in this restuarant is not comfortable. Pity.

Just had coffee, but would have liked to stay longer and taste the rest of the menu. Service was good, shop is clean and checkout professional.

My wife works around the corner from this Wimpy and I was on leave, so the whole family got together for a pre-public holiday breakfast. <br/>This Wimpy is located in a small, quietish shopping centre. There's lots of parking and a small kiddies play area outside on the pavement. <br/><br/>The restaurant was pretty busy, especially for a mid week, mid morning breakfast time. The service was ok but we had to beckon a waitress to come take our second order and bring the bill. <br/><br/>We all ordered different breakfasts and they arrived pretty quickly and they looked pretty good. The lamb sausage was very yummy & we even ordered an additional two sausages after our meal. The eggs were yummy, the bacon delicious & the usual Wimpy relish was tangy & yum. <br/>My toddler daughter played outside on the gym & had a great time. <br/>We enjoyed a typical Wimpy breakfast and we enjoyed our visit and will go back again for more.

By far the best Wimpy I have been to. Always consistent, never feel cheated on portion sizes and the manager is always around. Opens at 6:30 which is great for on the way to work too.

Excellent food and service. Best Wimpy in the east. Lots of parking and easy access. The owners are closely involved and they ensure that we always come back for more.

I don't think I will have to tell much about wimpys, especially the breakfast.This branch is ideally located and a great place to catch up little work on the go.the service is excellent n a great place to have a business meeting

Everything about wimpy other than the service is very average which is unfortunately. It would be nice if they were able to improve on their food and drinks all round.<br/><br/>They have a lovely system to place orders electronically while attending to you but other than that their food is not badly priced for what you get however the quality could be better. I have noticed that they are of late currently having a few promotions from bottomless chips to free coffee which is a nice touch. For vegetarians there is a nice variety of food from eggs for breakfast to a vegi burger for lunch. <br/><br/>This company in my eyes is still very accommodating all around and is best visited for a quick bite or hot drink as they are far from unique and is very similar to other large american burger outlets that are also available locally.

A quick lunch with the wife at the Wimpy!<br/>I must say that this Wimpy tries very hard. It's spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly & helpful & are very prompt. The atmosphere is just so much better than other ones I've been too. It always seems to have patrons so there is always a nice social buzz going on. <br/><br/>The burgers are neatly presented and as fast food burgers go they really nice. <br/><br/>My wife had a calamari salad & enjoyed it except for what we felt was just too much lettuce. <br/><br/>The milkshakes are okay. They definitely not gourmet shakes. <br/><br/>My wife's Company often take their staff here for breakfasts and everyone always enjoys themselves. <br/><br/>For a fast food franchise they not bad at all.
