An all round great experience, from fresh and tasty food to a classy and warm atmosphere to awesome staff (both management and waitron) they go the extra mile to ensure that the guests are happy. Oh and props on the facelift.

Now again my favorite Kitchen.. U made Mike's no 1 again! Excellent food and atmosphere, love it! Specially the smoking area 👍

The restaurant has a good atmosphere. The staff was friendly, kind and welcoming. The space is clean and it was easy to relax. The meal was delicious! When i got there we were given our menu then after ordering, the food was prepared in a few minutes. The food was the way i requested them to prepare it. Their waiter kept on checking on us every few minutes to check if we need anything. Made us feel important. The manager also checked on us and made sure our needs were attended. It was my first time in mike's kitchen and I'm very impressed. I could write a book about how I'm so impressed! Thanks mike's I will visit again! From an impressed customer Lumka

Wooow Mike's kitchen was the best,my mother wanted to suprised me for my 21st birthday and Mike's kitchen managed to pull it through within two hours and they did an amazing job,and the food was lovely ooo dont want to mention the cocktails🤤🤤

An excellent dining experience. The dining area has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The kids playing area offers plenty of entertainment to keep the young ones busy. The menu has been revised but still offers great value. Be sure to ask about the specials.

We had an amazing time. The new Manager Yuri was very accomodating. It didnt feel the same as when we were there last time. He gave us really great service. Thank you for raising the standards :)

A few year's ago this particular branch was awful. Service was terrible and food was badly prepared and presented. I heard that they had upgraded so, to be fair, I went with a friend to see if there was a difference. Yes, the old atmosphere is back but with good staff and excellent food. I'm happy that I have a decent place in Lambton again.

Service was prompt, friendly and informative. The eisbein (special of the day) was delicious. Crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The food drinks arrived very quickly after we ordered and the main course not long thereafter. I will definitely visit again, and I recommend this to everyone that want a relaxing afternoon / evening with good food at a reasonable price.

The food is good. Wait on staff friendly. Nice children's play area. Ablutions clean. Only negative is the length of time for service. If you're wanting to have a quick meal, don't come here. Be prepared to have long waits for drinks and food.

Super cozy, friendly and food is freshly prepared and we were attended to every few minutes.... It was a bit of a busy night so everyone was up and down however they still attended to us regularly....

I've been coming to this resturant for years now and they always give the best service. Even though they're slowly losing resources such as Wifi, their smiles make the best out of every meal they serve

We went on Friday evening and had the Eisbein special which was excellent. Our waiter Ryno, gave us the best service we have had at any restaurant recently. We decided to go back on Saturday morning for the breakfast buffet and we asked to be served again by Ryno. The new management are working hard to provide great food and wonderful service. They will definitely be seeing us regularly.

Classy looking restaurant with amazingly tasty food! Definitely was a good night with a good vibe and great company! The service was spot on with Grant Schnepel as our waiter who made the evening even more enjoyable! Cannot wait to go back and have loads more enjoyable nights at Mikes!

I was Mike's kitchen Lambton on Sunday with my partner, they gave us a warm welcome and the service we received was excellent.We enjoyed the buffet mealsa very low cost the food was so delicious hmmmm the desert was so yummy.Go there you won't regret.

all 6 of us had Steak, cooked perfectly. Our waiter Albert was great, looking after us, and making sure that we were warm and comfortable.

Place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, especially smoking area, dust everywhere, dripping streaks on chears and tables, coffee machine not working, upon ordering Americano which is on the menu they try and bluff you by serving you filter coffee instead of explaining that they are unable to make Americano coffee. Wait for food is extremely long even on simple orders. I will give this place a miss in future.

The service was amazing, unbelievably friendly but the food on the other hand was very average but it arrived within seconds after ordering but overall it was a good experience.

So the boyfriend suggested a date night and mikes kitchen and i was already dreading it! I frequented the alberton branch alot with my family when i was young and just could not stand the food! We arrive and already there was hardly anyone inside making me think aaaah terrible food. We sit down order our drinks and starters I opted for the garlic snails and he had the livers, snails were yummy and so was the bread that accompanied and he said the livers were great! For mains i opted for the sirloin! Now let me tell you im a fuss pot when it comes to my steak it has to be rare and many places always get it wrong, mikes kitchen delivered me a rare and soft piece of steak that was melt in your mouth! Veg was good spinach was just the right consistency! My boyfriend had the chicken schnitzel and said it was lovely! All in all a wonderful evening and the staff were very friendly!

Is it possible to give zero?? Avoid at all cost. Rather buy food from the garage on the corner. Have no clue what is on their own menu. Just bad, real bad.

I recently completed my final semester of university and decided to treat my parents for a lovely lunch to say thank you for their support. <br/><br/>Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles from various staff members. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive throughout and constantly came to check up on us to see if we were okay. <br/><br/>As for the food, both my parents ordered fish and chips. Based on how they adamantly gorged away on the fish, it must have been incredible. <br/><br/>I ordered a veggie burger. For the price, it was so worth it. I must add, I'm glad that they're were vegetarian options since that seems to be an endless struggle for me. <br/><br/>In terms of drinks, my parents and I all had Flying Fish beer which was honestly incredible. I had never tried it before but based on the suggestion from our waiter, we opted for it and loved it. <br/><br/>A fantastic experience with a nice family vibe. <br/><br/>I must also add that this place does look very kid friendly. They have a jungle gym and crayons. I don't have kids myself just yet but thinking back to when I was a kid, the combination of good food, crayons and a jungle gym made me love a certain restaurant.

I generally like Mike's Kitchen but this one doesn't do the brand much justice. The waiters aren't very attentive, and don't generally have a positive demeanor when serving me. I've gone for the buffet a few times, I really liked the cauliflower/potato mash. The meat wasn't necessary spectacular.

Had dinner here last night with my boyfriend last night and it was such a great experience. I had a sirloin and salad and he had the crumbed pork and mash and it was all delicious. It was also so refreshing to have such wonderful and attentive service. Will definitely be going back

Oh guys the love I have for this restaurant. Firstly the service is exceptional and the food, out of this world. My only gripe is its a little expensive especially with 3 boys to feed. I had leg of lamb, whoa! I ate for three days and it was still amazing. My eldest son had some kind of chicken that liked like it was from a cook book. I can go on and on!! Treat yourself if you in this area. Ambiance was perfect

This restaurant is ok,food is ok,service is ok,but the owner is not ok,it's the first time in my life,that a restaurant owner laughs at a paying customer because of his weight.mike's kitchen won't see me again.

Living in Dinwiddie you can either head to Alberton or Lambton to find good restaurants so this is one of my favourite in Lambton. They have really good food and the management is soo accommodating. A friend of mine hosted her child's birthday here and they set us up in a private room with heaters and everything was done so nice.<br/><br/>The staff is nice and they are constantly checking up on the patrons - this I like. <br/><br/>They also have some real nice weekly specials and a Sunday buffet special which I take advantage of after a really long Saturday night. Never had a bad experience at this establishment.

This is a fantastic restuarant to eat at, with the most friendly and passionate staff and waitrons! Great for couples, families and business lunches, which is why i go there alot, they have two very cheerful ,friendly childminders and a great area for the kids to play to give you some alone time. This is a great Mike's, I had the Ribs- meaty and fell off the bone, my wife had the Farmhouse Schnitzel-awesome!!! Washed down with ice cold Black label drafts. Definitely go there again????

I love being lost and found at Mike's Kitchen. This is a perfect home of food lovers who like to enjoy the "quality" of food. This place is incredible awesome, with a lot of dishes to choose from. I had myself a taste of heaven when I went there with my friends and I really enjoyed the Sunday buffet, you get a chance of tasting every kind and type of different meats.<br/><br/>The steak is perfectly grilled, especially the Mike's T-bone and the mega rump steak which is perfect for those with a hearty appetite. The prices are good and the food is very much affordable for everyone from all walks of life. The chicken is unbelievably amazing, that's where you'll find a good chicken that is made just for you.<br/><br/>The waiters are very kind and friendly, always there to help you through your food adventure. They show you all the dishes available for buffet, so that you can take your time and prepare your stomach in time and avoid making a mistake of getting full before you even taste your long desired meal. There's a lot of great meals to explore, and as I mentioned before, this restaurant is a good value for money.<br/><br/>The other great thing is that you find the best starters, hot and cold beverages as well as the best desserts on the planet. That's Mike's Kitchen, a place to be.
