Never gone inside. Only gone through drive through. But this year there must have been a change in staff because everyone is friendly and super helpful.
When going to this mc Dees on a rainy day kids cannot play in the play place provided... where in town its indoors.
Our meals were fresh and hot when we received them.
We struggled with the touch screen order. Apparently we were touching it too hard? Anyway, the lady was very helpful and we received our order in quick time.
I guess it was the same as any McDonalds anywhere, but the reception staff were remarkably more!

We love getting takeout here. The self-service machines help make ordering quick and easy. We always make use of the app to redeem some of the latest offers, ensuring that our money is well spent on delicious meals and refreshments. Sitting on a bench in the Garden Route Botanical Garden with your favourite takeout from McDonald's is just sublime 👌🏻

Staff very helpful. Unlike the US menu, some options not available but we worked it all out (fried not baked apple pie). Would like to see more self service screens in South African McDonalds and drink refills.
A very busy drive thru, but still has outdated technology. Time for the upgrade.
