Had an exceptional dining experience at Vrede en Lust! The roast fillet was out of this world and melted in my mouth. The chick pea salad was delicious. Service was top-notch - speedy and with a smile. Highly recommend!
Absolutely brilliant casual lunch spot inside a wine farm. Exceptional service from assistant manager on duty. Love the pick-and-choose bagel/toast menu. Visited for mother's day and the food blew me away. Impeccably presented and perfectly cooked. Beautiful indoor and outdoor seating available, depending on weather. Situated close to the Franschhoeck wine route and an easy 40 minute drive from Cape Town. Ample parking and top amenities.
Fantastic; we had breakfast here a week ago or so, and it was fantastic. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and drinks. The service was very good and we were treated well. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try, and we'll be back whenever we can.
