Good atmosphere and great service. Only problem was how oily the food was and our table had finger prints and some crumbs but the waitron quickly took care of it. Play area can be a bit noisy when door is open. Clean ablution facility.

Oh the 26th May it was my birthday & my partner took me to Panarottis for the big pizza experience. The place is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. Cannot forget the staff so friendly, hands on and their manager what a kind man. We enjoyed their fresh yummy pizzas with a strawberry cooler & a latte . My partner told the manager that it’s my woman’s birthday today & he was like ask no more will definitely sing for her & a lil treat on the house . the was a band that was performing that night and ohh wow they sang for me ☺️🥳💕🙈. We enjoyed every moment from being welcomed, the food ,the service Thank you 😊. Will definitely come again for that awesome pizza😋

Come to eat at Panarottis on Tuesday. You can eat classic pizzas and pastas for only R.59. We had to wait for 15 min to waiter to serve our table. Luckily, we were not on rush to go anywhere. Overall. The food was good. The main reason, we come to Panarottis is Kids play room. Frans loves playing on the Arcade game machines. The game are free.

The food was amazing, and the waiter who was serving me (Junior) gave me great service. Definitely coming back for the chicken livers😊

Very friendly staff. Thule was super helpful. I wasn't sure if my kidd would eat the chips, she brought me a frozen one to show me and ask if that's ok. The food was good. Wood fire pizza was great. The service is what stood out for me. She went out of her way.

Decided to pop in for a loved one's birthday lunch. The staff were very welcoming. Ordered a Seafood pasta and was a little underwhelmed but the Regina pizza we ordered was *chef's kiss*. I always love the fact that Panarotis offer so many complimentary condiments. Ordered chicken strips as a starter and it was perfectly crispy and delicious. Ended off with a Bar One waffle and I can safely say it was to die for. I love going to Panarotis, it is very child friendly and the prices are fair.

The restaurant was basically empty yet the service was so so slow. A couple that came in after us got their drinks, food and bill before us. We had to wave and call our waitress each time we needed something because she kept going off to talk to her colleague at the door. When the food finally came it was good but the service was extremely poor. Very disappointing. EDIT. Thank you to Nkosi who reached out to rectify the situation. I appreciate that they cared enough to make it right, we went back and the food was amazing as always.

We were promptly seated, no temp taken. Our order was done and messed up by the kitchen but the manager Nicole immediately rectified this. Best pizza, fantastic wait staff. Toilets were dirty, washed hands that was all I could manage

Although I had a bad first experience, the excellent service here has made me reconsider my initial rating. Because I did not enjoy my first order, panorottis went out of their way to contact me and send me a free meal. The replacement meal was so delicious. One of the best subs I've eaten in awhile. I truly appreciate it and because of that, you have earned a lifelong customer. I also really appreciate the fact that the vegan menu is so large. Thanks so much
