Absolutely loved our experience!! From the very first step through the door being welcomed by the super friendly, helpful, and smiling Ntsika to the delicious food, which never fails to satisfy! Cooling during Loadshedding is a huge plus, and management is attentive. If you're looking for incredible service, ask for Ntsika, he'll look after you and go the extra mile! Beautiful ambiance and you gotta look at the 5c piece pizza oven. 🍕😉

This restaurant is a favorite of ours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is always freshly prepared and satisfying. There is plenty of seating indoors or on the deck.

We had the most enjoyable experience at Doppio Zero at Pineslopes shopping centre. The pizzas were delicious amd the service our waiter Ntsika provided was excellent! Well done to the new management. Will see you soon.

First time visiting this branch but it was a good experience. Opted for sitting upstairs where it was quieter with a better view as well. Place was busy downstairs. Bar opens at 10am, breakfast menu only untill 11.30am i think it was. Food was very good. The crushed chillies as a complimentary is a must. Breakfast is a small menu but everything is reasonably priced.

One of my favourite spots, relaxed atmosphere with decent food and drinks and has been consistent with their service.

Food & atmosphere are fabulous, and service is great when our regular waitress is on duty. Otherwise, service is shocking, no generator when power outages. It is such a pity as a friend & I have breakfast every Tuesday. Management shocking.

My second favorite Doppio Zero to come to! This one, in my opinion, is one of the more spacious ones. It has downstairs, outside and upstairs too! Food is always on par and affordable. Waiters are friendly, attentive and a vibe. Though I usually come here to get my classic takeaway selection, bacon, egg and cheese on rye with a cappuccino, it's always busy and reflective how a good Doppio Zero this is Great place to come and work! Plenty of power sockets and good Wi-Fi

Setup is awesome.... not busy...you can have a productive meeting with friends and accociates...

If you are in the mood to grab a quick bite, drink or have an spontaneous meeting place, you can't go very wrong with DZ. They certainly have the casual dining vibe of a cafe /trattoria down pat. There is of course the option to take out or to peruse their fresh offerings at the counter for savoury or sweet. If you opt to dine in, service is swift and friendly and you are attended to even if you mistakenly raise your hand within eye line of one of the staff. Encouraged to try one of the tapas on offer, I was mildly disappointed to discover it wasn't kimchi, but rather sliced cabbage. There happens to be a very well stocked Korean supermarket not far away where they could source proper kimchi. Anyway, my friend was pleased with his order and we did remark that what they do right is obviously Italian / Mediterranean fare. Thumbs up for that side of the menu. Great value and service makes up for a few misses in the food.

Stopped here today for a quick breakfast and it was a bit slow to start, then again they renovating so considering that the service was excellent well done!!!! The best part if the morning was the cute bottle gift they gave my son after the coffee mug tipped over and he got wet nice touch and he felt special.... breakfast was tasty the toast was lovely and we had a nice time thank you!!!

Friendly service and generous portion sizes contributed to a pleasant meeting with a friend. I found the coated chicken thighs on the burger too rich, but our waiter, Leo, arranged to replace it with a chicken breast, which I enjoyed. I appreciated the willingness to satisfy the customer's needs, that is super service!

Service is extremely slow, ordered second drinks with breakfast, breakfast arrived and no drinks... oops they forgot. The food however is fantastic

Food was great, the pulled beef gnocchi was delicious, as was the caramel choc cheesecake! Absolutely yum!!!

When are coffee houses going to realise coffee drinkers cannot be hoodwinked with 'dishwater' parading as a cappuccino..... My waitress when I complained was gracious enough to replace it with poison!

It is such a shame that, despite many discussions and promises to improve, the service at this branch continues to decline. Many staff members but they are so inattentive that often you will have to get up, walk across to where they are grouped chatting and ask them to come and give you service. This morning I was the first person to enter the shop and walked past several staff busying themselves with table settings etc. Not one of them greeted me and I chose my own seat. After several minutes I stood up and began waving my arms to get some attention. I then watched in surprise as a few of them pointed at each other to try and indicate whose responsibility it should be to respond to me. This kind of thing is now coming to be expected at Doppio Pineslopes.

So over Doppio Pineslopes! Having stayed away from it for a few months because of a shocking experience of poor service previously we decided to try it out again today. Needless to say things haven’t improved. We were given breakfast menus only to be told that they were no longer serving breakfast but as it was the waiters mistake they would make a plan for us BUT the eggs Benedict would ‘take a really long time and the flap jacks had run out’� Do yourselves a favour and hire staff who want to be in the service industry and not miserable people who think they’re doing u a favour by waitering on your table!

Good service, reasonable prices and tasty food. Top floor provides great ambiance.

I hosted a surprise party for my boyfriend and Doppio Zero was the perfect venue!! The staff went above and beyond to help me set up everything and it was an amazing evening! The food was awesome, the service was incredible and everyone had such a great time! Thank you to everyone at Doppio Zero for helping to create an unforgettable evening!!! ���

Service is NOT there forte if you want lunch get there at breakfast time you may just get luckier
