Review Montexo Spur Steak Ranch - Fourways

It was late and I was hungry. Weekend at Montecasino always busy and packed. I had the other food earlier this week and wonder what else is there that I would like to experience. Walked into Spur Steak Ranch, looked at the menu and decided it is it. Ordered a banana milkshake that made me blush thinking I am a 15 years old excited about the marshmallow and the sprinkles. It taste alright but as with anything flavouring, it taste like banana but it’s not banana. Decided in the Bacon and Cheese burger and made it a double. That is 2x100g of patty served with onion rings and chips. A big meal for a small chap like me. Taste great. Like the sauce that the patty was likely dipped in, and the onion ring that were light and flavourful. Server were attentive and good. Thanks for dinner Spur!

Great atmosphere, excellent &friendly service from our waiter(Sithembile). Definitely a place to take the family. Will return in the future.

It is quite busy but you won't wait long to be served. Lately the standard has dropped a bit. The food is not as good as it used to be. The strawberry daiquiri.

I tend to pick spur because of their play areas. This one was a little small however the lady on duty was really attentive and enforced the rules a lot which became crazy as all the kids were a little wild in there. Rowel served me today and she was really friendly and attended to my small nitty needs for the day. I tend to stick to the cheddar melt schnitzel all the time but this one in particular was delicious. Really delicious sauce and thickly laid on the cheese. Very delicious.

I would like to add what an amazing experience, from previous experiences at spur on a busy weekend. We had a great waiter made us laugh from get go, kept us in the loop all the time and manager kept check on us the service was so amazing. Thank you to our waitress Happier for the amazing service.

Spur Montecasino is a hidden gem with exceptional service. Brian and Happier went above and beyond to ensure my meal was perfect. The steak was a juicy, flavorful masterpiece. Everything was top-notch, from the attentive staff to the quick turnaround time on food orders.

Our family went there to celebrate my Aunt's Birthday and the staff and our waitress, 'Happy', were very Friendly, Helpful and went above and beyond to look after and entertain the children in the play area. Thank You for a Delicous food, Outstanding Service and for making our visit absolutely enjoyable.

It was my little sister's birthday. The waitress was polite and nice. The food was on top. They give my little sister a birthday to remember🎂. She even got to play the drum,very cute. The place is clean and smells good. Special day if I do say so myself.

Very very busy today. It's Christmas day ... Had to wait in the queue for an hour. Waited for the food for another 45minutes . But food was worth it. Enjoyed the place and the food . Such a vibe . The team here worked very very hard

Excellent fish meal with veggies and a dessert served by an attentive and pleasant Siya. We asked for the music to be turned down as we entered. This enabled us to combine business with pleasure. Samantha leads a fantastic establishment, the best Spur we have been thus far. A definite revisit!

Amazing time and food! The "Pensioner Special" offer us an excellent meal for only R115 !!! Offering Different choices of the drinks, main meal and desert!! Thanks Spur for making it possible for us as pensioners to enjoy such an offer!!

Love this Spur. The waiters and waitresses are trained really well, and it is definitely noticeable. The food is good, the atmosphere is quite nice. Because it is situated in Monte Casino, weekend are super busy and there is normally a waiting line. But during the week it's perfect for a quick bite.

Wow, wow, wow. From the friendly attentive waiter to the wonderful staff in the kiddies area, it was truly an amazing day for my little one. The food was wonderful for the meat lovers and I personally enjoyed a wonderful vegetarian meal.

What pathetic service from Spur Monte Casino! Entered at 6.55 pm, first point of contact from waiter was at 7.05pm, we placed our order immediatley , we waited until 7.35, no word from the waiter or any of the staff to advise how long more for our food to arive, seems like everyone esle was receiving their meals but us, this was our sign to get up and leave! We did not even place a large order and neither was the restaurant occupied to its full capacity. Thank you Spur Monte Casino for a really pathetic experience, we will definitely not be returning there.

Good service from the waitress. Order was taken swiftly but took a little longer than usual to arrive. Food was average, I ordered the Hawaiian chicken schnitzel with veggies, my wife the full portion buffalo wings. The Coke my wife ordered was flat. A very mediocre experience at this Spur Steak Ranch.

One of the best Spurs & everytime I've been there - the waiters outstanding & food great.

The service was a bit slow, the waitress took long to take our orders and she didn't even introduce herself to us, but the food was great when it finally came.
