Fantastic place for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. Absolutely stunning in terms of decor. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. The outdoor seating in the garden is a delight. There are interesting artifacts on display everywhere, including a bathtub turned seated-photo area!

We stopped off for lunch on our drive to Lesotho. Really lovely place with a wide selection of dishes and a very welcoming host. It had the best vegetarian food I've found in South Africa yet - thank you!
Country style coffee shop with verity menu. Excellent service, tasty food and good coffee within walking distance from the center of town. Friendly and helpful staff. Well done Ansjé!
The new owner is a very pleasant person who runs a good establishment. They are about to stock a crab apple gin which is sublime so watch out for this from November.

Don't pass this quirky, tranquil restaurant when you are in the Fouriesburg / Clarens / Ficksburg area! Wonderful ambience created by a lush garden and amazing music with space to dine in open air in the garden or inside the beautiful old sandstone building AND they are Pet Friendly.
