Beautiful little restaurant! This place is a visit worth! It’s directly at a small sea and you can see some wild animals like zebras, springboks or turkeys. Also the Food and drinks were great and huge.

Very pleasant atmosphere. I like the old style decorations (old motor bikes). The food is very nice with a good selection of dishes. The view over the dam is also beautifull. Well worth visiting.

Mementos is always a great place to go, whether you go for a few drinks at the bar or decide to stay for dinner. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and a relaxing atmosphere. Sarel always has a smile, a laugh and a story to entertain you with. Lizzy makes sure that you always have something to drink, that your food is perfect and even listens patiently to the little one about what's happened at school that week. My husband and I had our wedding reception there and all our guests complimented us on the choice.
Kevin and his team have made many changes, all Good, to Memento since taking over. He has beefed up the Security and brought in access control, so that patrons and their cars are now safe. The food is good and really excellent value for money. It is probably the only place in Fochville where one can get a decent cappuccino made from freshly ground coffee beans. The outside dining area has been hugely improved !
They always go out of their way to make a special occasion very special. Waiters are always friendly, food is always perfect! Beautiful views and amazing food!

Great tasting food...Service good although when busy to few staff to attend to patrons needs...when with family great atmosphere...buffet breakfast is good value for money...community markwts on some days...good products and variety...
