Breakfast on a busy day was surprisingly pleasant and fast. Started off with drinks which were a lime milkshake, pistachio white chocolate shake and tea. Mains was a bacon and avo burger, Alabama chicken stack sandwich and Buffalo chicken and blue cheese eggs benedict. Food came fast, waitress was attentive and fast. Overall great experience.

Good service, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is well presented as shown in the menu (unlike McDonald's) and ingredients are always fresh. I recommend the Big Daddy Gourmet Burger. The cakes are baked on site by a professional baker and always fresh. They serve the best Baked Cheesecake & Lemon Meringue I've ever had at a restaurant.

I had a great time. I went for a solo breakfast and it was fulfilling. The service was good. The atmosphere was even better, I manage to work.

Our waitress, Lerato, exemplified a remarkable level of kindness and affability, a departure from the customary experience one encounters in the bustling city. Always great toe eat at Mugg & Bean in Witbank. Service and food is always so good. I ate the eggs Benedict for the first time and I am sure going to eat it again.

The approach of the staff is so beautiful❤❤🥰🥰🥰 they were so welcoming 🥰🥰they put smiles on their faces❤❤❤they offered me a table and a menu. My waitress was so polite. My order did not take time and it was my birthday 🎉, I enjoyed myself. By the way, I was going for breakfast 🥰🥰🥰the place is clean, well arranged & sparkling 🥰🥰🥰. The food was super nice. I even took a takeaway.

I must say that the service provided by Revai was outstanding. From the moment I was seated, she was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on. Her promptness in taking my order, and checking on me throughout the time when I was waiting for my meal was top-notch. I felt well taken care of, and her warm and welcoming personality added a special touch. Thank you, Revai. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Mugg and Bean to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

Amazing and exceptional!, The whole experience from start to finish. Very tasty and well prepared. Emmah is always so friendly and kind. The Manager is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

On Sunday 27 August we especially drove from Bronkhorstspruit to Highveld mall to have a nice comfy breakfast at specifically Mugg and Bean. Unfortunately there was a crowd at one table making it very unpleasant and disturbing for everybody else. I saw people moving away from the table to go and sit elsewhere because of the noise and bad behaviour of the people at this specific table. I could see that people sitting at other tables, were also very annoyed of the sound from the people around that table. I’ve asked a waitress why the people are so noisy and she answered me that she think that they already too much to drink. But it was ten in the morning. It is was just astonishing that the manager did not do anything about it. Just be carefull not to follow the same path as SPUR

Not a good experience we had on Friday. Had our breakfasts without coffee. Wasn't asked into our meals if everything was in order.
