Friendly staff members ready to attend at anytime you're in their space, it have a number spacious dining tables it's busy shop though it's amongst other giant eateries
This year, I celebrated my birthday here on the 21st of September, and trust me, I had the best time of my life. The staff is friendly and the service is on point.

One of the good eateries in the highveld mall and it offers affordable priced meals, with good welcoming staff who just advertise what they have in their basket (shop) and you're definitely tempted to buy their mouth watering meals ignoring their other competitors nearby
The meal was great, they got my drinks order wrong. That was unpleasant as I was hungry and in a hurry
Excellent service indeed and hygienic they take into consideration as a first priority, people are sanitizing before they enter into franchise of Nando's!!!
On my last visit this place fully packed no tables where available and there was a long que that day, luckily while busy placing my order. A table opened up, I ordered a full chicken and buns...I thought I was going to wait for 40 minutes to 1 hour max...my meal was ready within 10-12 minutes. I had a great experience and the customer service was satisfactory too.
Food is fresh and well prepared to specific orders. Due to space the atmosphere is not all great, especially on busy days and month end.
It was packed and I had to wait for a table but it was worth it

Their chicken and chips are exceptional.well cooked. Thank you to Nandos Highveld staff.keep up the great work. I wont mind eating their chicken every single day. Its to die for. Well grilled like it should be. You will NEVER find blood inside their chicken. Im a happy customer
It's all good the Service was great Really enjoyed the Chicken when I got to my destination was my 2nd Nandos meal of the day as I was traveling and this one's chicken was the best.
I ordered online, they said my order will be ready in 15minutes then after 15min I received my order.
But with other Nando's when you come to collect they tell you stories like " those people you talk too telephonically where not aware how busy we are, they gave you false hope. So with Nando's Highveld they understand Customer service and customer value. They stick to their promise.
I was really really impressed about their Service.
