Such a nice place to go for a quick bite

The service at Edenvale KFC is always decent, the staff are polite to you when you are polite to them. The eating area is generally clean but this is largely helped when customers throw their own trash away. Their bathroom, however, is a different story. I have never experienced a dirty bathroom there. It is always clean. Overall, I've always had a decent experience there, even when I make life a little complicated and need the food in several different bags, the ladies always help.

Chicken was freshly fried and delicious. I'm just complaining about only individual portions of the mash & coleslaw available. I want and need larger tubs of these items

Their service in getting food ready has dramatically dropped wondering if it's under new management. Staff complement appear to be short and no visible supervision.

Very impressed with the counter lady, who joked with me, and tried to upsell - good to see. I ordered quite a bit, and only had to wait for about 7 mins...nice and clean inside too.

Sometimes there is a wait here but that's because you are guaranteed fresh crispy chicken like the kernel wants 'ye Al to have!

The food at all KFC branches are basically the same but for some reason I find the food at this branch a lot tastier.<br/>There is no drive-thru and the setting is very old and dated but it is a really nice branch and the staff are just lovely, very friendly and helpful.<br/>

The lady packing my order dropped the serviettes on the floor and picked them up and put them in the packet. All manager could say was sorry.

Very unhappy with my order/!! Asked and paid for pineapple on my burger, didn't receive it! The lunch box meal isn't worth a cent I paid! Burger is so small,l chip Portion was tiny and asked to swop the leg for a breast. Also didn't happen! Not cool KFC. I guess I won't even receive an apology or explaination nevermind a refund of the extras I asked and paid for! Not happy. Still hungry!! Never again

We braved a midnight run to this KFC as it was the only one still open and I was dying to have a double down ever since I heard it had come back on the menu. Unfortunately I had either over-hyped myself or they don't really pay much attention to the food quality at that time of night, but the fillets were horribly dry and quite tiny. There wasn't enough zinger sauce or cheese. Luckily I was drunk and starving so I ate it all anyway, but I was pretty disappointed. Maybe I'll try again during the day sometime.

EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there for drive through, they make an error on our order. They also hardly ever have and Coke Zero on 2 liter bottles. <br/>Still, the food is good (unless you didn't get what you ordered and then you are sad) and the chicken is just too delicious. <br/>The staff members are a bit slow, but mostly friendly, and the queues are sometimes very long. <br/>Overall, delicious chicken, and we keep going back.

You know when you feel like that old tast of the old Colonel Saunders' chicken, nothing like a freshly prepared piece that aorts that craving. The thigh is my personal favorite and absolutely awesome. Yes nothing beats that KFC taste when you feel like it - another thing that I enjoy at KFC is their zinger wings.. one of the absolute best anf generous too.. compared to other establishments. ..

Went there around noon on Easter Sunday, had decided to skip breakfast and go for a heavy brunch instead, and KFC did not disappoint.<br/><br/>Skipping through the regular menu, ordered the new 'Double-Down' sandwich with extra cheese (BIG BIG mistake). Trust me, the Double-Down sandwich doesn't really need any extras to go along. The Double-Down is packaged beautifully (out of context, but yes, the packaging does interest me) in a pouch-like box, which can be torn in half so that the sandwich can be eaten without making a huge mess. Two huge chunks of chicken, with melted cheese and sauce in the middle makes up for an extremely heavy yet tasty meal. Although you're bound to feel groggy once you're done with your meal, this new chicken sandwich is a must-try for all KFC fans.<br/><br/>Note: This particular outlet has a clean washroom, full points for that.
