Grand Slam has changed a bit since my last visiting a few years ago.
We watched Springbok match, it is still amazing atmosphere so we enjoyed a lot.

We watched the Rugby semi final at Grandslam , as we arrived we found a table ,it wasn’t too busy . Food was great , their potato chips are massive but nothing to complain about . The service we received was top notch, will definitely be back
The Grand Slam diner has changed a fair bit since my last review a few years ago. The coffee shop section on the deck is now open to all and is an integral part of the main sections. The atmosphere is more pub like now, though early in the day it is still quiet and mainly coffee and snacks are serv
The staff are friendly and attentive. The menu is constantly being reviewed and altered. There is a functional generator during load-shedding and always sports on the screens. No bias, no prejudice or favouritism between sports teams or competitors. Just pretty girls serving cold beers with a smile
Love this place. Brand new modern and cozy coffee shop with amazing brew & delicious cake. If you are a sports fan, it's a great place to bring friends & family. Overlooks the park with a beautiful view & plenty secure parking. I personally ride my mountain bike to the pub, as not to drink and drive

Great hangout to watch sports or meet friends for a few drinks. The atmosphere is cosy and comfortable. Food is outstanding...I'm a huge fan of their chips!
