Food was delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just the music is to loud. Was difficult to relax and enjoy
Always used this only for driving thru but its nice also for a sit-in. The top section has very nice views of Beacon Bay.
Gr8 food, but disappointed....placed my order on the self help board....I specifically said to remove certain items of my burger....guess what I get home take a bite and get violently I'll due to the fact that I'm elegiac to the items I specifically requested to be removed....

This is one of my children's most favourite spots. The establishment is conveniently located along the N2 highway, away from the CBD congestion. There's plenty of parking. Drive through that is open 24 hours is also both a great option (when one doesn't feel like getting in store) and a convenience
McD is always busy in BBay so you will probably wait in a slow queue.
The service is great, very helpful and lots of patience
Service was very good from the lady we dealt with. What a pleasure to see someone enjoying their job.
Want in to grab a coffee after a long trip .. was great and vary friendly service.
It's a relatively normal paced drive through. Sometimes you have to speak up your order coz they can't hear you but you get it on schedule by the 3rd window. Unless the order is gigantic of course. The inside is really pretty and there is the self ordering option.

The usual McDonald's experience... staff can be very attentive somedays and others not so much... maybe it's the changing of the shifts... however it gets the job done... usually sufficed by the offering on hand
