Amidst the Festive Chaos , a very busy Wimpy during Saturday lunch, we had super efficient service with delicious food served faster than ever. Thanks Wimpy & especially Pumeza! Well done, guys!

I had a good time, all staff members are well trained and approachable, I genuinely have no complaints whatsoever even our food was exactly what they promised.

Can management of the mall urgently pls do something about the sewerage that has soaked the ceilings near cafe bella. This is a serious health risk and has been ongoing for years. It is very unpleasant to try eat your breakfast with the unbearable smell. I have even witnessed the ceiling collapse on a women a few years back in the same place.

Disgusted with the quality of service Movieshemingways gave tonight, going into the theatre to watch the 20:00 show of Geostorm and I slipped on the ramp on the way in due to the floor being wet/slippery. There was not a single wet floor sign in sight. I reported it to the lady that was giving out 3D glasses outside another theatre room to which she replied she would report it. Having slipped on a ramp I fell backwards straight onto my back which is now in extreme pain and out of place as well as my arm being sore. What disgusts me the most is that after reporting the incident, the employee didn't even check if I was okay let alone do anything about it as when we left after the movie was done the floor was still extremely slippery and not a single wet floor sign was in sight. It looked as if it could have been polish or something of the sort but my hoody was damp with whatever it was. This service is really terrible.

Can the mom and tots parking be monitored like Vincent park? What is the point of having mom and tots parking when anyone can park there???

I was excited to be in a shop that I've always liked it's clothes and we don't have that shop in C.T.

Dear Hemingways, while your mall is OK to visit, there are a few suggestions I'd like to put forward to enhance our shopping experience. 1. How about introducing a few eating places or fast food shops in the unused centre section of the mall on the upper level? When shopping, it's a real pain in the nads to have to walk the entire length of the mall to try and find something to eat and drink. It would also be a great idea to have a few tables and chairs in this area where shoppers can sit and eat what they've purchased. 2. 90% of the shops are clothing and shoe stores. How about introducing more of a variety of stores? For instance, a Typo or even PNA branch to give CNA a run for their money (their selection is really poor for a so-called stationery store), a branch of Game perhaps, a gadget shop (something along the lines of a store called "Dad's Toys in Century City Mall) and maybe some additional form of entertainment for folk who cannot handle the noise levels down at Electric Avenue (a rollerblading rink/ice skating rink maybe?). Another option to consider could perhaps be a basic hardware store. 3. The benches along the main walkways of the mall seem to be disappearing. This makes it quite difficult for elderly folk to enjoy their shopping experience because there is not enough seating for them to rest from time to time - the mall is a good few hundred metres' worth of walking from one end to the other. Hopefully some of these could be taken into consideration to improve the overall shopping experience. :-)

Mom and tots parking or should I rather say free for all parking. I am a mother like other with a 2 month old. Everytime I came to the mall the upper level moms and tots parking is taken up and not with car that have signs on or even car seats. Saturday 30th June was the pits for me. A lady with no kids parked in the mom and tots parking near wimpy. Security does nothing to these people and the funny thing is the sign says 200 fine and wheels will be clamped. Yet they do nothing and they get away with it. This parking is made for mothers like me that have prams and parcels to make our lives a little easier while I have a little one. But everytime I must park in normal far parking. Something needs to be done please.

We’ve have been complaining for months about the aircon in the movies. We literally shiver in there but the staff doesn’t turn it off nor does management take notice of the complaints. We have to dress for a winter day when going to watch a movie. Might as well tell us to bring our own blankets �

The security don't do they job people just park wherever they don't have children in there cars but they parked there bad one think of vincent they good and you'll never park wherever

And again I am at the mall and the mom's and tots parking is full of idiots with no tots or even car seats, please monitor like Vincent Park does

So annoyed. Bad shopping experience at Hemmingways. Only 1 of four doors open on top roof level. Then when leaving at 16:45 only 1 exit lane open

I am not sure what is going on at the mall but for a premium mall it is disgusting. Most of the doors to the parking area do not work, the one lift does not go to all floors, the escalator from the 3rd floor was out of order today and only one paypoint on the third floor is working. Very poor show.

Why brag about extended trading hours, when so many shops close at 19:00?.....Are you supposed to turn up and hope the shop(s) you need to go to are open?.....Inconvenient!
