Very nice place to go with the family for a sunday lunch. With a play area for the kids and gorgeous views if your sitting outside and weather permit. Cozy sitting inside as well with fire place for cold winters. Also has one of best pizzas u can get in the area, with yummy dessert to end your meal. You can also enjoy quad biking and mtb ride on the farm. We got our won bike for our son to take the ride around and its so beautiful track around the farm. Will visit soon again.

I decided to do the 5km wine run or walk. It was an amazing experience. Friendly people, wine tasting just hits different while running or walking. I've had the Malbec before but the Pinotage was just out of this world. Nothing like it. While be doing another 5km wine run/walk soon.

They have such a delightful playground which will keep the little ones busy for hours! It has been constructed beautifully within alot of shade, as to not affect kids while they having fun. We also went on a walk on the bike trail running through the vineyard. I would definitely suggest taking advantage of the awesome biking trails and exploring the beautiful scenery.

Attended my granddaughter's 3year old birthday party there. We were put in a nice private area outside and it was quite comfortable. The assistance from staff to make this a joyous occasion was very good. We the grown ups were served pizza's and the kids were served other meals. Was a nice experience.

If you are looking for a great dining experience then this is definitely a must visit. We had fresh sushi, delicious soft ribs, steak and a gourmet burger and have zero complaints at all. All paired with a delicious white wine straight from the farm while enjoying a beautiful upmarket restaurant. The service was excellent as well. Great job guys we will definitely be back!

I surprised myself and the family by popping in for the 360 degree panoramic view, and then slipping into a wine tasting hosted by a lovely, professional lady with the most pleasurable voice. She explained, with deep and insightful precision, the notes and tones of the wines. What a joy. I don’t like wine but this was sublime. I think I might actually like Sharaz now. We also ordered a platter of meats, nuts, fruit, breads, I don’t even know what else. It was unreal. The best meat I’ve ever had in my life. Glorious. I highly recommend this spot - I noticed they do a Sunday lunch and there were many happy-looking diners - will be popping back for that as soon as possible. My wife enjoyed it thoroughly, and we know that a happy wife means a happy life.

Fabulous venue for kids to play and adventure out on their bikes. The set up is truly great. Good food especially the sushi! A must to try is their caramel popcorn Creme brûlée ❤️ Love this place … just at times the waitress has to be summoned… and the pizzas can be too crispy and thin.

What a great impromptu breakfast. We didn't have a booking but could be seated for 90 minutes. The place was fairly empty at 9:30 on a Sunday but quickly filled up. All tables outside near the play area were reserved. It's such a great spot for kids. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The drinks arrived quickly. The food arrived a few minutes later, much quicker than expected. Hubby ordered the Eggs Benedict with salmon but got it with bacon - no problem cause it was still delicious. I had the pumpkin, feta, basil and corn fritters which was also very nice. We were done in 30 minute LOL.

Popped in for wine tasting and something light to eat. The wine tastings are really nice, wife had the pairing with nougat. I had a normal wine tasting. Also had some pizza and chicken strips for the little one. Food was good and so was the service. Lots to do for the kids, like a bike track.

Service 5 star Pizza 5 star Pasta 5 star Fish and chips 5 star Their pizza, pasta and fish chips are my recommendations. Service is really great here. Pizza is thin base pizza, fish is thick hake fish. This place is also kids friendly as well.

We had a wonderful time. We started our wine tasting with the chocolate and ice-cream paring. Then decided to order a delicious fig, brie and bacon pizza while sampling 5 different wines of our choice. Service was satisfactory and staff was very friendly. I would really recommend Bloemendal Wine tasting.

We've been there only twice. First time almost two years ago. Last time purely because we forgot that it is a place perfect for families with children, meaning not the oasis of peace and calm. Luckily during this visit there was live music which was an interesting experience (80s and 90s hits). The service was very nice, despite the place being very busy. The food was very good with quite large portions, the dessert was delicious!

Calm tucked in venue. Very serene. Entry level Brut (Graham) is quite steep (at least at the time of visitation). Large play area for kids, very family conscious. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restroom facilities very neat. Wheelchair access very thoughtful, no unreasonable inclines. Food was delicious, I recommend the Beyond Burger for vegetarians, vegans or pescatarians.

Right So if you are an experienced wine drinker you will absolutely love the depth and complexity of this estates wines. An elegant and classy collection of wines that are never missed on my wine shelf. This has been my 3rd visit and as usual the food was lovely. At the wine tasting, which we always do to discuss and marvel at the new vineyards that have come into the collection, we had a phenomenal young man called Josh help us and he knows his stuff. He has a wealth of knowledge for his young age and we were very pleased with him and I highly recommend you request Josh at your next tasting/pairing. We were very happy with everything overall until another waitress Charné became way too comfortable in our vicinity complaining about a table, saying they have been there too long and that she wants to eat and that they are too noisy. We enjoyed listening to the table laughing and enjoying as we were. And felt it was unnecessary to voice this in front of us continuously because who knows what she would say about us when we left because we make a lot of jokes and obviously come out to have a good time too. She said she has been on her feet for 4 hours with no food. Shame doll. It’s called having a job. Be grateful you have one and stop complaining because that table of 12 probably covered your salary. I would have taken this to a manager but she was off today. Staff play an important roll in the success of a wine farm. Luckily Bloemendaal is good enough for me to give them another chance.
