Quite a very nice place, friendly and clean stafg members. I'd recommend it to any person who is hungry and needs some fresh time out.

Great place for a quick bite, usually no waiting to place your order and the waiting time to receive your food depends on what you bought but usually not that long. Limited sitting place if you looking for privacy.

Placed an order to be delivered at 17:05 which only arrived at 18:04. When I was told my order would only take 20 mins. Needless to say the food arrived here cold and burgers were soggy plus the fillet on the chicken burger didn't even cover the roll! Never again will I order anything from Steers!!

Absolutely appalling. I waited over 25 mins for a breakfast in pita and chips. And I was the only person in there. This was at 10.26am.<br/>The gentleman behind the counter insisted that it would take about 7 mins. After 10mins the man disappeared and there were 2 ladies just standing around. I asked the one how long will it take and she just asked her colleague and gave me no reply. <br/>Eventually the food came and they still messed up with the chip sizes and knowing this they emptied a lot back into their dispenser and I went back home to eat. This is when I got an even bigger shock as I had a big floppy piece of dough with a small little egg, 2 small pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese. After swearing with the whole episode under my breathe after what I have just experienced I eventually started to eat. Well half way through I noticed 3-4 small little green spots on the dough. This is when I came to the realisation that it was mould. Yes mould...... and they tried to cook the pita a little lo get to disguise it.<br/>I will never ever visit this steers In my life again and will always advise people to stay away from it. Steers needs to shake up their staff a bit and realise that customers are the ones who put them on the map for financial gain. Unfortunately, hiring staff such as this will further be detrimental to their business. <br/>

I've never waited so long for a plate of chips. Honestly, it's quite frustrating. I don't understand, the sense of apathy from the staff is also quite infuriating. 45 minutes is completely unreasonable.
