I recently ordered pizza from Debonairs Pizza in North Beach, and I was very impressed with the food and the service. I ordered the Creamy Tikka Veg pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was crispy and flavorful, the sauce was tangy and creamy, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I also ordered a side of garlic bread, which was also very good. The service was also excellent. My order was delivered promptly, and the driver was friendly and helpful. Disgusted. Absolutely disgusted. Debonairs Sparks I didnt want to call because they always so difficult to talk to so I ordered online. 2 hours later- no pizza. Call customer care, on hold for 3 minutes then the lady i spoke to put me on hold and she cuts me off after 10 minutes of holding. I call back. Get through to the third person and they have no record of my order. The money is gone but no help. The manager of Sparks calls me- he has no record of my order, this is not my problem..... You took my money and I want my pizza. It has now been 2 hours and 20 minutes and I still have no pizza.Now I call back and there is still no record of my order. Called the manager back... What are they going to do to my food now that I have complained? No faith left. I am mortified by this service

If I could rate this fast food restaurant 0 i would. Our pizza was 1 hour and 45 minutes late we were staying in a hotel not even 200m away. We called almost 10 times to see where the pizza was we were put on hold, our call was put down.

debonairs is over rated if you ask me ..when i was a kid ...i used to want debonairs but now i have come to realize there is a much better variety of pizza outlets available .its like pizza in mass production ..there is no personal touch to make the pizza special
