Overall this McDonald's is always great, homey vibe and great service. This time was no different, just the food I wouldn't give a 5out5 rating because, my daughter's nuggets were over cooked and very hard making it a little difficult to eat. Regardless this Drive thru never fails

I loved the service of the place . It was a very neat and kept place . I love how they were very understanding when we wanted the air conditioner lowered . There was a mix-up with the tea I ordered, and the cashier sorted the problem with no hesitation or hustle. I would recommend the place for anyone looking for a peaceful and neat place to eat with no noise.

The place is always clean, plenty of tables available, all the self service kiosks work. I was served breakfast by a beautiful and well dressed well groomed beautiful lady. Great start to the day. I love it here. The best McDonald's I've visited in my city.

I don't know their menu very 88well,I was Asked to gett mocha frooty chocolate at that time I never knew its a cold beverage, but I was given mocha chocolate coffee.About 90%of the confusion occurred when you have to place the order at 2 different locations in the drive thru.

Pinetown Macdonalds said they had no ice cream after 10.drove to Old fort and they andswered natures call.Thank you friendly staff for uour dedication and enthusiasm.URE Far better then the Pinetown Mac donalds which has seen better days.

Great food, I went for a drive through, it took forever at night, but it was busy, seems like a very busy area. Otherwise the service is great 🔥

Drive through line moves quite quick. Felt safe parking here at night and eating (there were a few others eating and there was a security van)

Great service, long lines and drive thru busy. Be prepared to wait longer than usual for your food. Worth the wait.

Bought from the kiosk and the cashier got my order wrong, wanted a a sit down but she packed my order for a to go meal and didn't call when the order was ready. Finally went to her and she still didn't get it right with an attitude to top it all. First time experiencing such awful service 😖 😱 at old fort.

Although I did not eat here, I did not feel safe waiting for my bus outside.
This place is fantastic, I was assisted and looked after the atmosphere was super welcoming.
If you ever get the chance to visit this McDonald's, please support them, McDonald's need more staff like the person who helped me.
