Excellent service, there was a lady on the floor attending to customers who were waiting for orders, that was impressive, I've never seen that before. The place was busy with a lot of employees, "lisusiwe ikati eziko", siyabonga.
Food is always fresh, staff friendly and service is fast.
The food here is good. The staff are not at all helpful. I went through the drive through after coming from the hospital hoping to get my food quickly but that was not the case.
I had issues with the guy over the intercom. He told me to hold on and vanished for a good 5-8 minutes only to come back and tell me there's a 25 minute wait for the chicken.. there is no way to get out of the line once you're in the line so even though I declined the food because of the wait, I had to wait for a good while before I could leave the qué.
I have had food from there before and the food is really great just the service is not the greatest.
Their service is always fast, regardless of how busy the place is.

It's a good place to chill at, I bought 2 street wise two, and was given one sauce and had to ask for another sauce and salt and saviets as they weren't given. We ate being disturbed by flies
