Food is always good at this spot. Being vegetarian it's easy to get convenient meals. They have delicious sweet meals and a wife range of eggless biscuits as well.

Staff are friendly. This is the place to buy your prayer sweetmeads. Excellent quality and taste delicious. They also cater strictly vegetarian curries. 👌👌

Well how could i skip this place in a review as they definitely have the most finger licking vegetable and soya curries. When i am feeling for a good curry and unsure where to go because i don't want to be disappointed then this is my go to place. They food is consistent and that's what makes so many restaurants and eateries fail. Simply awersome and tasty.
This was my first visit. I will edit my rating once I've sampled more if their food. I ordered the veg breyani and it was excellent. The sweetmeats were yummy. Looking foward to trying more of their menu.
One of the hidden gems in Umhlatuzana, from the first time you step in the family cater to your every veg desire, from savoury starters to sweet meats and complete meals from scratch. Complete vegan guaranteed and the taste of heaven even for a meat eater like me. Love it too bits. Humility is tangible in the food. Go hungry
Ooooo, a vegetarians paradise...from cooked meals, to savouries and sweetmeats....and also really different and interesting veggie options....like soya fish and chips....love love love this place

Personally I had the jalapeño potato bombs and a Bombay crush and that hit the spot
I almost didn't finish the roti and chip roll I had ordered with beans gravy
Wife ordered a mixed veg curry which was a good portion for R30 with some freshly made roti
It was difficult not to avoid the sweetmeat section as they have a wonderful array of Indian delights and biscuits
We spoiled ourselves and had a ladoo and a gulab Jamun
The store is divided into a convenient store and a take away, so there's alot more that you could purchase if you need basic essentials
Please note that parking can become an issue

Bought take out here for the first time and ws really impressed.... very neat and tidy and friendly staff
Excellent vegetarian food. Very clean. You don't have to wait for more than 15 minutes to receive your order. Prices are affordable.
