Walked in yesterday to get the kids a quick meal.
The chips were not issued that I purched when I collected my order. I had to request for them after checking the bags of food at the counter. Would be understandable if the shop was busy, but we were one order, and there was one other patron in the shop and no Ubers hanging around. The manager just leant against the counter as if the practice was acceptable. With La Lucia now operational, I think I will rather go there.

The service we received was great.
But, almost every time we go there they have a problem with their card machine. Which delays literally everyone. Perhaps management can see to this.

Received an incorrect order and only realized when I got home. It was a mistake, these things happened. It was handled so well, my entire order was replaced. Really happy with the service I received through the whole process. Thank you to the store manager, Ntsiki. 😊

Store is kinda small compared to other McDonald's that I've been to.
No drive through in operation at any time that I've gone there.
Wait periods on a Friday or Saturday evening is 20 minutes plus which is far longer than I've waited at any other McDonald's

Received an open sweet chilli sauce with the nuggets! My daughter did email all the details showing same and the receipt last night to your Customer Services.

I was very impressed by the Client Service Department of Macdonald Head Office. Last week I posted a post about my bad experience. The service contacted me and offered me a meal and this time the Burger was hot and delicious and the chips were hot and crispy. Thank you for taking care of your customers.
Burger cold. Chips soggy and cold. When I spoke to the manager and told her she just look at me and said nothing. Poor food, poor service

Good food but the order took 15+ minutes to prepare. It was a busy day so I do understand the extended waiting time. However, fast food should be fast, even in busy times.
The ice cream machine was working too 👌
