Good ribs always, but customer service is poor and selective. An assistant just left me while still discussing the menu, without a word and attended a new customer who just arrived. Gave the customer VIP service as I watched. Maybe Steers should work on this behaviour. I don't want to assume the reasons she found another customer a priority over me... But that's uncalled for...
