Stunning views, cosy restaurant with a fire place for those cold winter and rainy days. Outside seating and indoor seating. Great service and no rush. Nice hot coffee / tea. Had a full English breakfast well worth it.

Beautiful view of the valley of a thousand Hills. The breakfast was top class and the staff very professional, accommodating and friendly.

My post is about my experience at the Bar, This spot has the potential to be an excellent Tourist stop if it's not a good one already, as well as a "Regular's" spot, I wish a little more effort could be put in to the up keeping of the bar and the eating area in the bar especially, I'm assuming the food ordered at the bar is from the restaurant next door and was great irrespective. With respect, there is a blurred line between rustic charm and unkept, and I hope this will be taken in a constructive way and an effort made. Not a bad venue nonetheless and I will be back for sure.

We were welcomed in to Intaba and sat outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our time as we sat and relaxed with some wine by the lookout deck.
The calamari was fried to perfection and served with chips. All in all a great experience. We loved our time at Intaba

The Intaba view!!!

A great chilled, relaxing restaurant up in the hills of Hillcrest with a calm soft atmosphere, overlooking a beautiful scenery of a range of mountains.

This place is good to go with family or loved ones.

Starters: Jalapeño poppers, if you ready for the spice, I suggest you go for it!!!
Main meal: I decided to sort of go on a low carb meal, a crumped chicken piece with chips, this was when I had eaten meat. The creamy white sauce had given the chicken some flavor.
Dessert: On a hot day a dessert always has to go. A plain ice cream that was decorated well with chocolate sauce.

I also will recommend a drive up to Hillcrest, if you wanting a peaceful place to be. The service was good and it is a busy restaurant.

A great breakfast, lunch and wedding venue with a beautiful view of thousand hills. Very disappointed with the red cap this morning tasting like weak rooibos tea with froth on top. The others cappuccino's arrived cold. Breakfast took a while (and there were only 3 occupied tables at that time). But in all fairness the food looked great, tasted great and the waitress was attentive.

Intaba view has an absolutely stunning location. We visited the restaurant for my dad's birthday and had a wonderful lunch where we able to look over the nature reserve and spot some giraffes. They have indoor and outdoor dining as well as offering a buffet. We opted to order off the menu while my mom chose the buffet option as she is vegetarian and the buffet had a bigger vegetarian selection. For mains I ordered a pasta which I found a bit rich and heavy. My sister ordered the chicken breasts which she thoroughly enjoyed. Their meals are pricey however they are fresh and the portions are a good size. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Intaba View.
