If you're looking for authentic Italian food then this is the place. We had the aranchini balls as starters, seafood pasta and chicken pizza, all the dishes were tasty. Our waiter was friendly and recommended some good wine options.

Be sure to make a reservation and arrive early as parking can be a bit difficult, especially in the evenings. We had made a reservation but were still required to wait 15 minutes as the restaurant was full to capacity.
We ordered the Honeymoon on Pasta and Avrils Pasta off the menu. The Honeymoon on Pasta is a definite 10/10, from appearance to taste to portion size. We expected a little more from Avrils Pasta. We found it to be a bit dry and it needed a bit more sauce and heat. Drinks-wise, the espresso martini we ordered was one of the best we've ever tasted in Durban, and they've got a good selection of wines to accompany your meal. We opted for the Spier Signature Sauv Blanc.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant as it is worth the money spent, with good service from table staff and great food options.

The Honeymoon on pasta is absolutely brilliant, presented in a tinfoil Swan. The flavours are next level, and the entire vibe is a must. Staff are a little bit quick off the mark the two times we've been there, not giving us a chance to really look over the menu. But that's still worth the delicious food!

Once of the better Italian restaurants in Umhlanga ...we have been here on a few occasions and the Honeymoon Pasta is always a winner.
On our last visit we tried the mussel pot for starters and the chicken Avo Pizza ...both were great a good wood fire on the pizza and freshly prepared.
We had some Gin Cocktails and Tequila to finish off both went down well and we did have a great waiter which closed a great meal compared to our previous visit.
The food is always good and drinks like wise ..a must try if your in the mood for a pasta or good Pizza.

I have had many pizza and pasta's in my life, but in my honest opinion this is may be the best I have ever had. The pasta was fresh and full of flavour. The pizza was also top notch. If you are looking for great italian food in the durban area then you won't be disappointed.

What a gem of a place! Best seafood pasta I have ever had! I ordered the honeymoon on pasta and let me tell you, amazing!! The swan foil presentation just added to the whole experience. My wife ordered the bacon, feta and avo pizza. She loved it. Crust was thin and sufficient topings. The base was, how can I put it, fluffy! Generous portion sizes. Friendly service and a great atmosphere. Can't believe this place is not rated higher. Thank you for one of the best meals I've had in the last year.

I recently discovered Marco’s through a friend’s recommendation. Turns out that friend was right and Marco’s did not disappoint. The first time I tried Marco’s was through Mr.D food delivery, while the second time was a week later and we went to the restaurant for dinner. I love their Bolognese and Honeymoon on Pasta. The steak and tiramisu did not disappoint as well! Definitely coming back to try the other pasta and other dishes from the menu. The pretty lady at the resto was super nice making sure that all our needs are being attended to. Kudos!

Marcos’ staff make the dining experience so lovely. The food is great and the vibe is always wonderful! Our weekly waiter, Never, makes our evenings really special. Would highly recommend the Escargot for starter and the Pizza Gamberi for main. The coffee is great too.
