Great curry and crisp naan bread with a view of the sea. Be aware that the wait can be very long but it is worth it. For take away orders in the evening you just need to be patient.

We were a party of 8 last night for my brothers 50th birthday. I can only say, what a fantastic experience. The staff were super-awesome, allowing us to drop off some decor earlier in the day and setting the table so nicely.
We enjoyed the most amazing personal service before, during and after our meal. The ambiance was great and the food...... well I have no words. The most amazing flavour sensations. We all had a taste of each others meals and there was no menu-envy at all. Everyone considered their choice the best. And they really all were! And really generous portions too! We will definitely be back often to try everything else on the menu

The food here is fabulously delicious authentic Indian. Between us we tasted 5 dishes, sides as well as starters, veg and non veg - not a single disappointment. The mild is very mild so if you are looking for something spicy then ramp up the heat a little - although they may have just been mindful of the fact that our kids were with us and toned the spice down. The beverage availability needs significant improvement.

You will be met by Anand and Charlene at their new premises at 33 Newport Place, Glenashley. The venue caters for about 90 people with future expansion for more. The restaurant has a sundeck for your next private function that overlooks the pool area with stunning sea views of the Indian Ocean. The food is freshly cooked to suit everyone's taste buds. They also do takeaways. So do not leave this venue out of your next visit to sunny Durbs.

You know the curry is going to be good when the owner himself is running point in the kitchen. Best chicken korma in Durban. The venue itself is not great, but the 5 stars are because we always do take-away orders. I always phone through in advance and have never had a problem.

Best Indian food I've had, my fiance and I loved it. Whoever gives this place any less than a 5 star needs to get their taste buds checked out. Butter chicken and Chicken Korma with the Garlic Naan bread was to die for.

They have a delicious selection of curries, with options to have them mild, medium or spicy. A single portion of curry and rice can comfortably be shared between two people. Their naan bread is great as well, and I haven't had any problems with service.
The restaurant is situated opposite a petrol station, so you'll occasionally have headlights shining at you at night if you sit outside. The table set up is nothing fancy, but the value for money makes up for all this

The food was good, but the service could have been better. It wasn’t very busy when we sat down, but it still took them a very long time to bring us our food. But apart from that, it’s still worth visiting.
