Friendly staff which resulted in exceptional service. It was nice and clean and wasn't overly busy. Food was cooked nicely. Lava cake was not lava'ing though.

This is my second visit to ocean basket and yeah it just simply mouth watering😋. Its mainly famous for ocean food. The Hake fish was really good and sausage with JD pawans was literally good. Overall I can rate 4.5/5. If u are a sea food lover u must visit for sure.

A waitress Swazi served me at the highest level and brought a very delicious seafood plate for 2. The one disadvantage is that there was a very poor choice of white whines.

Just flew in from Kuala Lumpur and had our first family lunch at Ocean Basket. It most certainly did not disappoint! What impressed me the most were the numerous vegetarian options on the menu. Everyone agreed that the food was prepared to perfection. A seafood lover's delight!

Please don't go on a rainy day. You can't sit in the outside area and enjoy the view. Friendly staff. We didn't haven't to wait long for the food. I enjoyed the palette.

🤗Delightful, refreshing calm and quiet for your plus one. If I could grab a blanket and sleep I would😄. Different branch but same customer services experienced, learnt how to eat with a chopstick😏. If you not eating at OB then what you doing🤑🤑🤑

Surprisingly Ocean Basket on Saturday afternoon was quiet....I'm gonna blame it entirely on the dull weather and strong winds. We ordered the seafood platter for 2 (we don't usually share), and a late order of sushi.<br/>The waitress wasn't rude but she did seem a bit irritated that I would dare to order my sushi after ordering my mains!<br/>The food made me forget abt her. The lemon garlic butter sauce from the platter really made my day. It was divine! The platter is quite big even for 2 ppl. We left Ocean Basket happy chappies....

Ocean basket is generally consistent. However when they get busy it gets sloppy. I had a seafood platter for one...it was fine. Asked for chips & rice...only got rice. And they could've been more generous with the sauce.

Placed was jammed packed on Sunday due to the big walk. The manager displayed awesome customer service making sure our long wait was delightful. Food is always on point. Well worth the wait.

Ocean Basket at Ushaka!!!<br/><br/>I love going to restaurants like this with my entire family, service is good and there is a variety of meals to choose from for young and old.😀<br/><br/>What I had ordered is always my favorite salad and this salad was really good and Had a salad dressing which did not make the salad dry.<br/><br/>We had a few fish dishes and calamari with rice. We had all shared and it was lots of fun and I again ordered my rooibos tea!!<br/>

Dropped In for Sushi.. <br/>I realized that it is the safest bet for Sushi while traveling in South Africa. <br/>I ordered a Sushi platter for two and wine to go along with it. <br/>The platter was excellent and seafood was fresh <br/>Excellent Value for money as the bill was around 300R for two of us
