Freedom Cafe - Durban - Photo album

The service is good, the food is out of this world and the tranquil setting is very peaceful. Also very private establishment. Cocktail menu is available and clean toilets. Conference facilities are available as well as rooms at the adjacent Concierge Hotel.
The ambiance is exquisite and everyone is incredibly friendly. Staff are well trained and very hospitalable. We had breakfast here and it was amazing. The place itself is incredibly picturesque and beautiful. Truly a tranquil little gem snuggled in the busy city. 10/10 would recommend.
Beautiful set up nesting under a massive tree. One feels this closeness with nature as you sip on your morning cappuccino and take a bite of your freshly prepared breakfast. The staff are very friendly and professional. The menu is uniquely put together taking into consideration the modern individua
I was in Durban on Vacation, we made a turn to Freedom Cafe for breakfast, we ended up sitting there the whole day, iv never set at a restaurant for more than 8 hours.... we had to cancel all our plans scheduled for that day, we were so comfortable, it's such a private and beautiful space... the de
Good service, nice atmosphere, decent food. Food was slow to arrive but we were informed and you can see the staff is doing everything they can.
Fantastic space with great food and awesome staff. Super place to meet with friends or network, with a very calm but cool atmosphere. Go there!
Nice and neat diner with good atmosphere. Food was tasty just the salmon was a little dicey. Service was also quite brisk.
Great atmosphere, music and staff. Enjoyed the pasta I had and the drinks special (buy one get one free from 4-6, not sure if it's only for Friday)
This is a place literally tucked away in a corner. As I was searching for the place I was wondering if I making a mistake since St Mary's Avenue is a narrow lane, however once I reached and walked inside... I was like wow. Loved the decor, the menu and the lovely coffee.
Quirky, cool little restaurant, coffee cafe.friendly service and good quality food and beverages.nice decor.cafe is creative with shipping containers as structures. When in the area do pop in for a quick java.
A few weeks ago, my oldest daughter turned 16, and instead of wanting a big bash, she opted for a dinner party at her favorite restaurant, Freedom Café - in Durban. I contacted Kuda, the owner who went out of his way to accommodate her and her 10 friends. The evening went on without a hitch, the ven
One of my favourite spots in Durban. The food is great and the coffee even better. It's one of my go to places for good veg and healthy food options at reasonable prices. It's situated in a tricky area, but once you are inside. You literally get lost in the ambiance and feel of the place. My friend
Delicious, good quality food. The area is a bit dodgy but once you're in their parking it's quite secure. Waitresses always have a smile and the food is fresh. Will definitely go back to try more of their items
Such an amazing quaint coffee shop that serves THEE best blueberry cheesecake. Their meals are very filling, their tramazini's are very tasty as well as their bunnychows. My favourite brunch spot and coffee shop.
Recently went to Freedom Cafe for a baby shower. We used the events hall adjacent to the restaurant. It was cosy and intimate. Minimal but impactful decor.
