Wow!! The Lamb Vindaloo was absolutely out of this world. Owners served me. This is a must stop if you love curry done the proper Indian way.
If we could, we would have tasted all the Indian street food on their menu. We loved it...not many Indian restaurants serve these specific snack dishes. Its absolutely affordable, each dish has an authentic taste. Every single dish was brought out quickly, it was not a long wait for the meals. Each
Their Butter Chicken was decent, and the garlic naan really compliments it (Love the large portions). Their curry is a combination of joyful flavours along with their well-made chicken tikka. If you are looking for delicious Chai Masala Tea, I highly suggest you pop-in. The overall experience was p
Durban has a lot of indian food but this place does stand out among the crowd. Wide range of dishes, from classical indian to more general asian fare. Also has some interesting original dishes (see Dhingri Dolma, a personal favourite). Also a rare source of well made chaat (indian snack foods), alwa
An absolute pleasure dining at Bombay Blu Durban North. Definitely our go to happy place. Food is tasty, pleasant waiters and managers. Can take your own wine. Will highly recommend this establishment
Food was great, and prices are reasonable. Curries are served in a pot with a heating flame to stay warm, while rice, naan or other sides are served separately. I had the Thali, which is a "plate of the day" platter consisting of a starter, 4 curries, rice, roti and a pudding (it was so much food th
I've been a regular for the past 6years and I've always received the friendliest service from the staff that feel like family. The food has been consistent and always up to a high standard. A big thank you to Bimal and Mbali!
This is the best Place to enjoy the Indian Tasty 😋 food. Very good experience Very good service Totally Love this..
We ordered 2 breyanis(Mutton and Chicken) , meals came quickly and the portions were large enough for takeaways. The breyanis were very fragrant, delicious, filling and came with a portion of sambals and sour yoghurt.
Light starters which give nice appetite, the curry and naan end the meal with satisfaction👍
Rating reflects how satisfied our group was with the food. They did lack good bathroom facilities, you have to walk out of the restaurant. I really enjoyed the dosa, and will definitely return.
Ish I just remember all eyes on me, clean hunks everywhere
The best food I’ve ever eaten. Keep it up❤️
Excellent hidden gem. Authentic Indian cuisine with friendly service. Must visit place with wide options for Vegetarian and Meat lovers. My Favourite, Chicken Tikka / Tandoori Punjabi Samosas Laccha Paratha Variety of Lentil soups (Dal lovers)
Delicious authentic Indian cusine👌🏼 Highly recommend the Puri selection on their menu…we tried them all and they are amazing as starters! The butter chicken (hot) is one of the best I have had10/10!!! Attentive service! Looking forward to going back
A very unassuming little place tucked away amongst a line of other food outlets....but don't be fooled. This place ranks no. 1 for me for consistency. I have been trying a new dish every time I went there (and trust me, I've been there mote times than I can remember). If you are looking for an ext
