Hi.
Although I did not stay here , i did visit the shop , and found to my surprise the artisan breads and rolls ( crispy rolls would be nice) how ever i did like the look of the breads, plus i noticed some very tasty looking pies in there hot cupboard which i will definitely try both on my next visit to Dullstroom. I did buy a packet of there healt rucks which our very good, and well priced. One thing i found odd was they have these lovely products but not advertise out side i am sure that if they did they would sell a lot more.🤔
The one down side is that a friend of mine brought a sour dough bread and unfortunately it was not cooked though. 😣

The particular BnB unit we stayed in was mostly fine. The breakfast at Rose Cottage restaurant was excellent : generous and a choice of 6 options.
Friendly staff and a breathtaking view from the patio. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed at one of their rooms @ Lilly Rose, wow from the decor to the cleanliness, this was beautiful. Thank you

Our first breakfast during our long trip and the best or nearly the best one. Not cheap, but delicious, smart and nimble staff. It was really great!
Exceptional breakfast service, with delicious food. Sour dough bread, freshly baked was of high quality. Accommodation is comfortable. Good value for money.
Great place to have breakfast. They have a lot of table, inside and outside, good selection of breakfast, sweet and savory as well and very friendly service. Worth to checkout the bakery and little shop nearby.
Had a leisurely lunch. The chicken salad and the spinach and feta was truly superb. Loved the fruit shake as well
A lovely experience. We received a warm welcome and were seated with fantastic hospitality. The food was divine. I had the trout salad, which I would strongly recommend, and my fellow dinners had the fillet steak and the rump steak. Both steaks were cooked to perfection, one being rare and the other being medium to well done.
I would recommend this restaurant.
Great ambience and very good service. Our waiter was most helpful and very accommodating.
I shared the meat pie and chips with one of my daughters and it tasted good.
My other daughter had a burger and chips.
My wife had the fresh trout and we were both astonished at the great taste. Probably the best trout we had ever had.
We can definitely recommend the food at The Rose Cottage.
