Stopped here on the way to Paternoster. Had an amazing coffee and a delicious boerewors egg and cheese roosterkoek. You can see them making the roosterkoek rolls fresh and cooking them over a nice wooden fire. Will be sure to go there again on the way back. Highly recommend!!!
They did some changes To the farmstall since last time we visited...have to say I was disappointed that there wasn't any nice fresh breads, pies and pastries like previously, so we didn't buy anything to eat. Usually at 9h30am on a Sunday i would expect the baked goods to be available. My 3 star f
This little farm stall has it all and it even has new owners who are passionate about their business. Excellent coffee and breakfasts and meals served here. The fresh bread is tops. We'll done ladies❤️
This Farm Stall opened its doors on 27 March 1994. It started as a small 100sqm shop and grew to a popular stop for all.
Beautiful art by locals, gifts, nice preserves & goodies for all.
The farm bread toasted sandwich was a delight. I always have tea and loved the fresh Darling milk served with
It is a challenging juggle to keep a small business running these days, and then the seasons & weather add to the conundrum. But I applaud the folks that keep their doors open and always encourage them to keep at it!! This padstal actually does damn well. It may not be a slick city eatery but it had
Wholesome and unpretentious roadside restaurant. We've eaten here a couple of times. The food is simple but portions are generous and reasonably priced. We stopped here on a bikepacking trip from Cape Town to Yzerfontein. It was a welcome respite from the cold and rainy weather with a warm fireplace inside. The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The Roosterkoek was delicious and they had oat milk.
Great place, great food. Very friendly people.
Best experience yesterday. Friendly staff and such a welcoming stop. The gift shop was closed, but they had no problem opening it up for us. We will definitely be back to taste those oysters on the spade. Thank you. The Westcoast is the best.
Interesting little place with such awesome Roosterkoek!!
We have stopped here many times over the years. Great location after a couple hours into a road trip. The food is freshly prepared and affordable. Pop in for just a snack to take with you or a cold drink to quench your thirst. Toilet facilities are available
Great place to sit, relax and take a breather when you are on the road. Excellent service, great food and very loving and kind people working there. We've even bought a few bottles of wine from there. We just had to... That was a must, we had to take something special home with us from the experienc
