Love this yoga studio! Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are awesome and provide variations so everyone is comfortable, even in the more difficult classes. Great balance of mindfulness and movement

YogaSpirit is my favorite place to practice yoga in Cape Town. I'm a fan of hot yoga and Spirit has an advanced heating system with the perfect balance of heat, humidity and fresh air. I've been a part of this amazing community for 5 years and have made many friends in the studio and on the various retreats and workshops offered by the YogaSpirit teachers. Highly recommended.

Yoga Spirit is the friendliest and most healing place I've stumbled into. The instructors make you feel incredibly loved and accepted. Yoga has done wonders for my anxiety and has proven to be a great constant in my crazy life. What an incredible gift to myself it has been to be apart of this awesome community!

I really enjoy going to YogaSpirit for several reasons. The studio space is lovely, the people are super friendly, the teachers are excellent and they have a wide range of times/classes to choose from. I love the challenge of the heated classes as they allow my body to take me into deeper spaces and to realize I can be more..... if I so choose! And then there is the lovely Spirit Cafe downstairs to nourish and restore afterwards!

Beautiful studio with friendly people, very clean and lots of room in class. The Bikram class was tought by an excellent teacher. Will definately come back here when I am in Capetown again.

If you're a yogi living in or visiting Cape Town then Yoga Spirit is a must! Such a lovely studio with an amazing atmosphere and some of the best teachers I have ever had the privilege to be taught by! Loved it, just wish I lived closer 💙

I've been going to Yoga Spirit regularly for about 3 years now and it remains my favourite yoga studio in Cape Town. The teachers all hold a wonderful space for practice, the community is friendly and welcoming and I love that they offet everything from relaxing yin yoga to more intensive hot vinyasa. It's a space where I feel welcomed and supported.

Beautiful calming ambiance at the studio. I really enjoy the Bikram classes. I feel that the instructors are much more attentive to ensuring postures are correctly done than at some other studios. Plus - convenient and easy parking due to being at Constantia Village!

I’ve only been to Yoga Spirit once, but it was such an amazing experience and I look forward to going back more often in the new year! Highly recommend for beginners, the staff and instructors are all lovely people! Great way to start your day!

Spirit cafe makes amazing, ultrahealthy food! We served their salads as sides to a spitbraai at our wedding. No-one mentioned the meat (which was good), everyone wanted to know where we got those amazing salads from.. Good job guys! Slowly converting the world to eat more animal friendly food :-)

The best soul filled food available around! Absolutely love the tender love and care you put into your foods and drinks, makes me very happy to treat my body with such good food after a yoga class xxx keep it up!

I wished I lived closer this place! They prepare a daily selection of salads and a single “main item.” We order half of a variety of four salads which were all vegan with unique combinations of flavours. Together they were perfectly balanced as well. For dessert we took two of their healthified muffins home. These were soft with only a subtle sweetness.

Decent portions for their hearty salads and pastas. Definitely a favourite when I'm in constantia and I need something that hits the right spot when I'm on my lunch break.

Popped in for a quick smoothie for a healthy to-go breakfast this morning. This cafe is located in the courtyard on the right side of Constantia village near the Yoga Spirit studio. It's small but tastefully decorated. The plants and quirky decorations add a nice touch. The atmosphere is super casual. There were lots of people sitting on laptops so this place could make for a good place to meet up or catch up on work.<br/><br/>Service is good. You order and pay at the counter. There wasn't even a queue and after ordering I understood why - because customers are seen to almost immediately! They accept both cash and cards so payment is fuss free. I ordered a Berry Beautiful smoothie and received it within 5 minutes after I paid. Very efficient! The smoothies average around R50 which is on the pricey side but they are super thick and tasty. <br/><br/>Good experience overall. I would like to try some of their meals next time. I see they have lots of vegetarian and vegan options which sound interesting.

I'm obsessed with their protein power smoothie. Otherwise the food looks a little too healthy and vegan for me but I come back for the smoothie all the time. I love the hemp seeds and almond milk in it and Coco nibs

Delicious, healthy vegetarian meal - perfect for a quick and easy lunch. I believe it is part of Wellness Warehouse, which is one of my favourite destination stores. It has a chilled vibe with good service.

Intimate little place to pop into for breakfast or lunch. All organic vegetarian and or vegan, and delicious, Their fresh juice concoctions are great! You can sit inside or outside but unless you get first grabs on the couch the seating is uncomfortable. Order and pay at the counter. 😏

Been wanting to check this place out because it looks cool and they have fab reviews. I went there early on a Saturday morning. It was sunny, wanted to sit at a table outside but the table only had one chair. No one offered to assist us with fetching a chair from the inside - which is fine really but it just set the tone for the lack of service throughout.... We noticed the sign that says to place all orders at the front. Having not been there before, I felt pressured to make a decision quickly as a line was forming behind me. Along with breakfast, I ordered a soya cappuccino and partner ordered a flat white.  The flat white arrived in 2 minutes, my soya cap arrived 30 minutes after ordering it (and after reminding them about it). Sugar wasn't offered with the drinks. My Turkish eggs  and toast also took some time to arrive. It was a big portion and it was decent. Partner enjoyed the broccoli. No butter was offered with my bread, nor salt and pepper offered with the eggs either. The place has a cool vibe but the service is lacking. They're still relatively new so it could have just been a bad day. Constantia Village has quite a few breakfast/ coffee spots with similar pricing so they have a lot of competition. I might go back to try the juices.

Amazing service, lovely energy, cosy spot that offers an amazing choice of healthy salads, soups, muffins,cake, tea, coffee and and and... I could eat here every day - the best nourishment and fuel for a busy lifestyle.

Such a cute little place in Constantia. Perfect place for a great healthy breakfast and cappuccino - the coffee is strong ( the good kind ) .Cosy warm feeling decor. Take a newspaper order a coffee enjoy!

Seriously delicious, healthy food and great coffee make this place a real win. Owner Kate is so warm and welcoming, as are the rest of the staff who are just as lovely. The tahini green salad is one of my favourite favourites!

My absolute favourite place to eat and hang out in the whole of Cape Town! Delicious healthy food, kind and friendly staff and owner, an atmosphere of general sunshine :) Couldn't recommend it more. Would recommend the chocolation smoothie (very addictive), and the vegan muffins. And the yoga lessons upstairs are great too!

I love Spirit Cafe in fact I eat there (or takeway) a couple of times a week. Why?  because everything is so fresh and healthy and delicious!! Simple.

Love this place. Superb food, buffet style ready instantly, fantastic coffee, gluten free treats... SpiritCafé makes eating healthfully easy and delicious. Beautiful environment and free parking.

This is my local hangout. Love their passion for healthy food. This lunch harvest table is my staple diet. Always interesting and delicious. Convenient, healthy, affordable and friendly staff makes this a hidden gem.<br/><br/>Great for juicers, smoothie fanatics and tea lovers. Try it.
