Review Rustic Vine Cheese & Wine Restaurant - Clarens

If you also get tired of cramped restaurants with boring menus, then Rustic Vine is a breath of fresh air quite literally. Dining outdoors but under a beautiful open gazebo, with trees and plants and a beautiful water feature … the food is artisanal and creative, even if the menu is very limited. I can highly recommend the Hungarian mushroom soup (starter portion is perfect), the cheese balls (four is the perfect number to share with a partner), and a playful chocolate fondue set for pudding.

What a lovely experience. From the moment we sat down until the bill was paid we received excellent friendly service from Senzo. The food was so different, fresh and all of us thought it was very tasty. The menu is well thought out and carers for everyone. I had the breakfast pizza (it's not really a pizza, but it resembles one with all the ingredients of a ciabatta slice). The portions are big, believe me you won't walk out hungry. Try those cheese truffles as well. They bounce flavours in your mouth which is quite an experience given the price.

A very unusual place, yet full of character, must make it your business to visit. The choice of dining areas is left up to you. You can also purchase clothing, ice cream parlour, as well as get a tattoo. It is rich with so many different types of shops all under one roof.

Stunning setting with little shops, arts and crafts and even the opportunity to create your own artwork. Oxtail, basil pesto pasta, Bunny chow and the list just goes on. What a breath of fresh air. Staff knowledgeable, helpful and inviting. Well done to staff and management.πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

What a delightful place. As I am vegan I ordered off menu as their vegan options were minimal. (They have vegetarian options) but what impressed me so much was the courtesy and charm of Senzo my waiter. Thank you. All I asked for were mushrooms avo and cherry tomatoes. See how beautifully it was served!!

Such a lovely place. Truly enjoyed my cheese board. They closed early today but Senzo was gracious enough to allow me to have my board. Lovely shops in the yard too. I look forward to visiting again when it’s actually open.

Cheese fondue!!!!! Amazing, the cheese and assortment was great. We also had a pasta which was delicious. The pistachio cheesecake was delicious. Lovely setting.

Excellent gin selection, the open ciabatta sandwich with mozzarella and mushrooms was great and the atmosphere is relaxed! Awesome lunch.

Just had an absolute super delish cheese and chilli burger, with a proper chunky patty and garnish inside a fresh sesame bun!! My go-to burger for sure!!

We had lunch on Sunday afternoon and ordered a cheese platter for 2 The quality was excellent how ever the portions were small , we orders extra and this made the meal relatively expensive The wine was really good and we enjoyed and representrd good value , The owners could consider increasing the price of the wine a little to offset the more generous portions to present better value on the meals
